Horrible and terrible just over unprofessional people none of them aware or know meaning of customer service friendless. Now 7:30 pm How you tell your customer you are closed than 2 minutes later after I asked you about your hours of operation you said oh well we are cleaning than I told you there is no need to lie because clearly I checked online you are open until 8pm and you said oh ok you got me can you come back tomorrow morning. People there, liars, and very unprofessional people do not go and spend money with these nasty attitude people. Will never come back there.

Take five is a real winner as far as I'm concerned! I was greeted with a smile. Every option was explained to me throughout my oil change. I interacted with four different employees, and each one was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and very courteous. It's always a positive experience

I will never visit this location again pulled tonight two cars in the bay guy comes out and asked if he can help me i said yes im here for a oil change guy walks away shaking his head and mumbling to other coworkers about people coming there i backed up and left horrible customer service seems like they just wanna stand around and get a free pay check id check on this store if i was in charge very horrible experience

The lady lied to me and said that although I made it a 7:15 pm that because they would be there to 10 pm I couldn't get an oil change. That is very unprofessional and not representative of take 5. She said she had a coolant issue and I was getting an oil change. I would give 0 stars if I could, this was the only time I had free to get an oil change

I'd like to say they did a good job, but they wanted to flush my coolant. When I left my heat was no longer working which was the result of them not properly filling the coolant. I went back the next day and they insisted they'd filled it properly but would add more. Once again it is still not full and I have no heat ( fun fact your heat requires that you're coolant level be at a minimum level). I went back a 3rd time and they told me that they were going to completely re-do the flush. Mikey who was working that day tried to tell me that my thermostat in my Ford explorer was broken and that this was not their fault. However when I checked, the coolant was even lower and the car began OVERHEATING. I went to the neighborhood Advance Auto. The clerk pointed out that the coolant in the tank was green. I got the CORRECT type of coolant (the orange coolant....just like the cap on the coolant tank says to use!) and filled it. It filled just fine. How hard can this be??? I'm not going to bother going back. Now I question whether or not they properly changed my oil. They WERE very polite though - however, I cannot give them more than one star. I do not appreciate being mansplained by Mikey that something's a matter with my car and that it wasn't their fault. No Mikey it WAS your fault. WHEN THE CAP VERY SPECIFICALLY SAYS TO USE ORANGE FLUID THEN I EXPECT YOU TO USE YOUR TWO EYES AND PUT ORANGE FLUID IN IT.. STOP LYING TO ME. YOU GUYS EFFED UP AND YOU OWE ME

The crew was unable to remove my skid plate and said my car, VW Jetta, was “too new” to get an oil change there even though it’s a 2023 and I’ve had my 2024 RAV4s oil change completed at Take 5. Waited in line for nothing. 2 stars because they were atleast nice about not knowing how to change my oil.

This company is a scammer. Our daughter’s first time to have her car for oil change. Shes a college student. She told them oil change only per my husband’s instructions. But no they also changed the coolant. Coolant is a month old. So of course they charged her more than we expected. We called customer service several times but these scammers gave us the run around. Beware!!!
