We were greeted with cold waters and juice for the kids! We arrived 10 minuets before they closed and they were still genuinely ready to help. The energy was amazing! I’ve been going to another place for 5 years, I’m definitely switching it up! Thank you!

Xavier sold me the glove compartment filter for 50$. When I got home I looked them online, and they are no more than 20$. I feel like he ripped me off

Came in with my 95 Land Rover discovery — if you don’t know, they have ridiculously large drain plugs. 29mm. When I told them that they said they didn’t have a 29mm but come back tomorrow and they’d get one for me. Sure enough I came back the next day and they’d gone to autozone just to get the socket for me! Just a bunch of great people. Highly highly recommended. Service was awesome and from everything I can tell just good people in general.

Fairly good experience... although the next day I noticed my car was dripping oil. Returned to the shop and Jacoby checked everything out and replaced the bolt for free to which there hasn't been a issue since.

I rolled into this take 5 when my maintance required indicator came on. My family and I just returned from a long drive and figured it was the oil. The worker, Jacoby, showed me the oil, and it was still good. It turns out the indicator was not reset the last time the oil was changed. I thanked him for saving me the time and money when it was not needed yet. Jacoby is an asset to the Take 5 company. I will let everyone know to come to this location, and I will come back as well to get the great service Jacoby and the team at Take 5 offer at this location.

Ive always gone to Take 5 but this location has had the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Everytime we come in we have to fight to get an oil change. The technicians always argue with us saying that we don’t need an oil change and that all we need is a top off when we’re already 3000 miles past our due date. I purposely always shoot to get an oil change every 6-7000 miles and they always fight me on getting the oil changed because they don’t want to do it. We’ve also had experiences where they’ve been under the car and they’ve threaded a bolt when replacing the oil which has caused us to have to buy replacement parts. This location was closer but it’s not the one we will be going to anymore.

Ok experience, never checked filters, kept trying to tell me that I really could wait another 1000 miles to change. None of the staff wanted to be there. Never checked my wiper blades or cleaned windshield.

Everything was great and staff was friendly. I appreciate being able to drive up and wait in my car while they do the oil change and having the fluids and filters changed. Service was great!
