My car is making a ticking noise, has for about 2 months now since my 1st oil change there. It was due to the wrong oil being put into my Outback. Then, when I got ahold of the customer service on the website, they attempted to fix it by "pumping the remaining oil out" and not taking the oil plug out for proper draining. I have suspected this process for a couple days now due to my oil filter now leaking. All over my garage floor is oil streaks. I though it was residue from rain and water on the roads by my residence. However this morning I clearly have pure oil (thick) on my garage floor, my oil is lower as well as my coolant is nearly spent from my engine getting hotter without the proper oil standards. I have photos and plan to move forward with taking my vehicle back to this location and asking why my vehicle has been there 2 times and has come out, now worse then it ever should have been??? I have had this vehicle for 7 years, and NOT once have I had the issues I have been facing the past couple months. I'm concerned to drive my kids to school or myself to work due to the process you're establishment took to change my oil. I have asked Scottsdale Subaru for records of my oil changes there for my Outback and EVERYONE of them show the drain plug was REMOVED for draining. Notes stating the vehicle is in great condition. Then I listened to the radio and stopped at this location to see what the hype was about Take 5 oil change by my home and now I'm possibly going to need to pay more to fix it due to the lack of performance at Take 5. Friday January 17th 2025 4:38am and I'm stuck at home unable to drive my car to work. Now have to ask one my employees for a ride. Unbelievable. Never should have taken my car to Take 5.

The staff was amazing they treated us like valued customers. They were professional and had great work ethics. Was a good start to the day with our interaction with the staff. At the bell and 32nd Street location. Will definitely be a repeat customer there. Keep up the amazing work.

The staff was friendly enough and very informative but when I had called, she sent me a coupon and said that it would be 27.95 well it was 77.95 which is total bullshit ! You are already in there, so what are you gonna do? Yeah, it’s just baloney.

This is just my experience, and it might vary from person to person. The staff seemed young and eager to learn, which was nice to see. I also appreciated the welcoming touch of chilled bottled water—it’s a thoughtful way. However, the service overall left me unimpressed. There weren’t any attractive promotions compared to other big brands, and the engineers lacked sufficient expertise about the products. I felt the pricing was high. When I inquired about a coolant change, they quoted a surprisingly high price, which felt more like an upsell than genuine advice. While the team has potential, there’s room for improvement in expertise and value.

Great service ..but only giving ho- hum rating due to pricing...cost me $105 for 4.5 quarts of not even full synthetic but semi synthetic. And that included a $7 off coupon. Yes, you don't need an appointment, but there ot her competitors for less money
