Take 5 Oil Change

Noah was very rude, he said I had to pay extra $14 for a different oil filter because he didn't want to look though boxes. I ask to speak with a manger and he said he was the manager. Then Kevin politely found the correct filter I needed. Then Noah continue to show rude customer service. I’ve been a customer with take five for a couple years now and I won’t be returning. After the oil change was done they handed me my window. Sticker didn’t take the old sticker off and never reset my oil change setting in my car.

Worst take 5 ever. The guy talks spent so much time trying to sale that every vehicle took an hour. Waited 2 hours and didn't even get an oil change because an appointment scheduled. Don't go here

I am a long-time customer, but my information was removed entirely. I purchased a service that included Mobile 1 EP Oil, which is good for 10,000 miles, but I got a sticker saying I needed to change the oil again after 3,000 miles. This is very deceiving. Many people do not know much about engine oil, and they go by what the sticker says. This is the first time I have seen such deceptive practices. I personally had a lot of hope for take5, and I was one of the first customers who actively marketed their business. I am so sorry to see what they have turned into.

Both of them were fantastic—super polite, professional, and transparent throughout the process. They made everything smooth and easy, and I really appreciated their excellent customer service. Stay far away from here!!!! They either did not change my oil or put the wrong oil in causing my engine to die and need replaced and refuse to answer their phone or accept accountability despite having proof. This is after driving less than 1000 miles. The oil is entirely black and the viscosity is all wrong. Edit: I have been calling the shop for over a week, had 12 messages sent, and you continue to refuse to answer or return my phone calls. AVOID this place at all costs people.

I want to particularly thank William, the tech that worked with me at my most recent oil change. He explained my options without being pushy, and helped identify several issues I didn't know about prior, including that my coolant was almost dry! He was friendly and knowledgeable, as was Erick and Gus. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I was greeted with a smile and a cold water while I waited(5minutes) I got the oil change and a coolant flush now my car runs quieter and smoother at least it seems to and I was offered another water when I was leaving 5 star service for sure very happy

If the line's long it might take a little longer, but it'll still be much faster than going anywhere else even with an appointment. it really is the situation where I had something ready to read and I didn't get around to it because they were already done and I was on my way.
