Staff was pleasant. They didn't have the correct oil for my SUV. Had to settle for lower standard. This place was a 2nd choice because walmart across the street was 2 and a half hour wait. I was in town and needed to get oil change to drive another 3500 miles in the next couple days. Thought it was 5 minute oil change? Waited for almost 45 mins for the 5 minute oil change and not the full synthetic I wanted. Oh well. Lesson learned.

Didn't check any fluids or tires. The service provider was hung over and said it gets -20 degrees here in Arizona tried selling me coolant. Then my check engine light came on after the oil change they said it's normal for that to happen. In my wife's car they tried to down grade her oil which is not a correct thing to do. No oil sticker provide no receipt.

Terrible service! Made my husband's check engine light come on after an oil change an said that was normal. The woman look hung over. The male was trying to change the oil grade that goes into vehicle. When questioned about the grade of the oil the service provider didn't have knowledge of what he was saying. Will not go back.

they claim they will check all your fluids and even the air in your tires. This did not happen. I had to ask if they would at least check my tires and they were annoyed and said okay. After doing three tires they stopped and said the fourth tire had " grimy" stuff on the valve that she didn't want to get on her hands. So she didn't want to take the cap off. I looked when I got home and it was literally nothing. Afraid to get dirty !! I do not recommend wasting your money. I'm not sure I even trust I got a oil filter change. They were upset they couldn't get me to purchase new windshield blades. Up selling me on things I didn't want. Annoyed when I said no.

During my oil change it was suggested to change my differential fluid. It turned out to be a good move. Didn’t take any time. Old oil was brown. Thank you….

Just want to say Ryan is the best and the most honest person I have met at a mechanic shop. I ran over a pitchfork on the freeway and went to get it checked out. Turns out I punctured a whole in the oil filter canister housing. He went out of his way to take a look and showed me pictures so I would know he was being honest. I am a woman and he took very good care of me and I was able to use my military discount. I highly recommend this location! Thank you Ryan for being a good human. Connie Selaya

Took my car in here for an oil change. These guys didn’t know what they were doing and put the oil filter back on wrong, causing me to have to take my car to another shop. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know.

Ryan and Jordan were extremely helpful and kind when I went to get an oil change. They offered water while I waited and let me know any concerns they had or recommendations on which oil service to choose and whether or not to change my air filter. The service was very quick and I appreciated their help!

Was hesitant to use this service and they proved me right brought my BMW for a quick oil change. They charged me the wrong price didn’t use the mobile one pull that I purchased and my car hasn’t stopped Smoking since leaving this place mind you I previously never had problems with my car ever. And I cannot get them on the phone going in a week now. Steer clear from this business.
