Excellent service. The guys who serviced my car were very thorough and careful and very polite period I had forgot to bring my coupon so they offered to show me where I could get a coupon and they helped me out one hundred percent period These guys are fantastic!

I normally get y oil changed at Rob’s Automotive on Cave Creek in Phoenix. This day happened to be a Sunday and I needed a change and Rob’s is closed. So I called the Take 5 at Came Creek and Cactus. They quoted me $140.25 for a full synthetic oils change. I went in got it changed and the price went up to $165!!! The on duty manger was useless (Jeremy). One technician told me this was a franchise, so I asked for the owner contact. He replied “it’s some Arab guy”. Jeremy then told me it was a corporate store and all I could do was call the national call center. From now on, I’ll go to Rob’s Automotive who only charges $80, does high quality work, and does a thorough inspection. I will not be returning to Take 5, nor will I ever recommend anyone go there unless they are looking to get ripped off. Follow up: I called the number as you requested in your response. I got a call center who was not interested in resolving my issues nor did they even want to talk about it. It appears this is a problem in your corporate culture and the problem is much deeper than my isolated experience.

Every time I’ve come in to get an oil change it always is a great experience, always very knowledgeable and non judgmental at all(cause I’m a girl and honestly I don’t know what’s going on under my hood most of the time) they always have the best costumer service and super transparent with any advice given I was helped by JJ and Isaac(I hope that was their names) they were very nice and very helpful and works so quickly and efficiently I look forward to continuing to get my car serviced at the location on Cave Creek and Thunderbird Rd. Thanks so much for all your help.

First time going. I live up the corner from it. Honestly, it's great. The guy gave me a bottle water. Very nice. The only thing is it's a bit pricey compared to walmart, but I did utilize the coupon, and made it worth it. They also remembered to help me reset the oil setting on my car. The guy offered to clean my windows but I refused because I was going to take it quackys for a wash right after.

Experience with Take 5 was very positive. The staff was friendly, prompt to acknowledge me in line and seemed very competent. Every interaction I have had over the years with Take 5 staff has been positive. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because, when you first pull into the stall they hand you a form to fill out your personal information. I observed once they're done with this form they just threw it in the trash. That was concerning as I felt like my information was no longer confidential.

Depends on the location, took my Ford Escape . I went to a location at 7th Avenue and McDowell got excellent service. Some months later I went to a location near Cave Creek and Thunderbird. They told me they didn’t have the special tool to complete the oil change. They told me it was at the 7th Avenue and Bell location. When I arrived at the location, they told me they didn’t know what they mentioned and that I should return to Cave Creek and talk a manager. Never mind, the oil change was completed by a competitor and I recommend others do so as well especially at the locations that didn’t desire my patronage.
