Everything was good as always except if you tell a customer that they are low on coolant maybe you should ask to top them off or you should top them off. I found out later that day when I was going over the rest of the truck that I was still low

Car care the way it should be!! This is my second visit for a quick oil change plus any other services that you may be hesitant due to old experiences with other companies. At Take-5, they over-communicate to ensure you are fully informed of all procedures. I will continue to visit them for the foreseeable future.

The whole crew were amazing. Fantastic communication throughout the timely service. The manager, Devontay, he was awesome. He went above and beyond for the vehicle. I was given a bottled water and didn't wait more than about 5 mins in line. That team takes pride in their work together and it shows. Thanks, Take 5 off Indian School Rd!

Today, I came in as an early birthday gift to myself to get my car fully serviced. I got every single service offered. I was treated like royalty. The treatment came before I even said yes to anything. So I know they weren’t just being nice to sell me on anything. My new and now permanent place to service any of my vehicles. I had a surprisingly pleasant experience overall this weekend. Was greeted promptly and even offered a water bottle! Nice touch. Jered/Rocky (very professional and efficient) handled majority of my service and even as I kept adding services on I never really felt like I was being taken advantage of because there were good explanations provided with each item. Highly recommend!

I needed an oil change and some other maintenance, and I appreciated the fact that DeAndre and team were transparent with me when giving recommendations. They were also super-quick, friendly and kind enough to find coupons that applied to my service. I'll definitely be back next time I need a service.

If they tell you about checking your tire pressure washing the windshield everything that they say is included with this oil change, they should do it. Second time I’ve been to a different location and they don’t do all the services they say they provide.
