I really recommend the location I went to on Baseline and 19 ave I was in my car at all times while they were working on it. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I was informed of every movement they did. I was asked if I had any doubts more than once. The thing that really stood out was they offered the filter before assuming I was ok paying for it. And that made me say yess! The price was decent after the coupon that was applied.

I went to one Take 5 and they didn't have enough oil. Drove to the next one and they didn't have the filter. I had to drive to autozone get the filter and come back and got a small discount. Other wise good staff.

So the two Techs working there were very nice and kind. However, there was a HUGE sign that says $25 off of ANY oil exchange. The tech said it would be $89.00 for the Oil change. I was like does that include the discount? The tech said to go on the website to get the discount code. So I did. I got a $15 dollar off coupon texted to my phone. What happened to the $25 off for a Limited Time? The sign was not taking off of the store front. So I ended up paying more even with the $15 dollars off. It was just False Advertising in my opinion. Other than that the people were kind.

Very satisfied with the work done. They went above and beyond in ordering the type of oil my vehicle required that they did not have on hand and still completed the oil change faster than any other place I've used in past. Great work guys and gals!

The location on 19th Ave and Baseline is a total joke. I left early on Friday afternoon when I was sitting in my car for 25 minutes watching two guys fumble over one vehicle and not get anywhere. Went back Saturday morning and was waiting 10 minutes before they opened and NO ONE OPENED THE SHOP, so at 5 minutes after they were supposed to be open and there wasn't anyone in sight, I went to the location on 51st Ave and Baseline and had a completely opposite and positive experience. Ashley was professional, knowledgeable and actually showed up to work. I'll go back to that location but you're a sucker if you go the one on 19th Ave and Baseline.

First and last time going to a Take 5 Oil change. Days after I got my oil change done I started noticing oil spills in my driveway, you can imagine the shitty work that was done on my car.

The new Take 5 Oil Change store by me only offer synthetic motor oil now they no longer offer conventional motor oil so I'm not going back my car does not require synthetic motor oil so I'm not paying for the extra
