Overfilled by 1/3 to 1/2 quart after taking elsewhere to check and had the extra drained to appropriate level. At the end of the service when I was shown the dipstick, I told the younger guy the level looked high. He seemed frustrated with me after cleaning it off and showing me a third time and insisted it was at the right level and it was just the hot oil pushing up on the dipstick. I paid for Mobile 1 high mileage, glad they have that. I do value the stay in your car concept as you can witness exactly what is happening. My first experience was at a different location and had a great experience which brought me to servicing my 2nd vehicle. I don’t plan to come to this location again.

This was my first time at Take 5 and I was very hesitant at first. But it turned out to be a great experience! All the guys were super nice, transparent, and honest. Elijah was the main gentleman that helped me. Such a friendly and personable person along with the others. Will definitely be back and will rave about my experience with family and friends!

Very good service w/ knowledgeable, attentive staff. Very expensive oil change. Even with a coupon I paid about double what I would pay elsewhere. There were a couple cars in front of me so although I did save some time compared to going to Walmart or jiffy lube, not sure if it was worth double the price. If I could afford it though I’d go back cuz the guys were cool.

I had an amazing experience yesterday with the entire team. I went in for an oil change, and they noticed that my coolant was mostly watered down. They took care of everything for me, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Definitely a 12/10 experience!

Very informative ,great PR offered water, but afterwards I discovered the air filter housing had not been screwed in just set on top.

Fast service . However price for a regular oil change . Came up to $97 for a Nissan Altima 2016 . Took about 15 minutes didn’t have to get out of the car . I was in hurry could have save 40 dollars doing it somewhere else .

The whole thing with the top off of oil is a scam. If you don't know anything about automobiles, don't take it to take 5. I know alot about automobiles. Oil should NOT need to be topped off, unless you have other problems. Burning or losing oil is a problem.

They were short handed and quite a few cars ahead of me, the young man courteously let me know it would be some time before it was my turn. They offered me water while I waited.

Went there for quick service which I received and on top of that I got very friendly and notable staff that showed me a couple of things that was not needed, no salesman trying to push product on you, I will now always use thier services, thank you Take 5. Dean
