I almost lost my car because of these people. I went to get an oil change at that place, and two days later, while driving, my car started making a weird sound, and I smelled something burning. I looked everywhere but couldn’t see what was burning. I wasn’t worried about my oil because I had just changed it, and this was the first time I was driving the car since I had been off for two days. However, as a precaution, I decided to check my oil. I was shocked to see that I didn’t have even a drop of oil. I had to run to AutoZone to get a gallon of engine oil. Mind you, this is not the first time this has happened to me. It happened last year at another shop. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but I will never go back to that place again. I am also advising everyone not to trust these people with their car.

Customer service was excellent. Oil change went great and was quick. Only complaint I have is they were out of the oil I wanted but that happens sometimes so no big deal.

Long but important to read, DON’T USE THIS PLACE! I’m not one to usually leave a bad review, but I thought long and hard about this one. I pulled in at 4:49pm to get my oil changed at 5:25pm. I finally speak with someone and he tells me that they are out of regular oil and only have synthetic oil for my truck. For you guys that aren’t mechanical once you got to synthetic you can’t go back to regular or blended oil… after discussing with the technician, I decided to go ahead and go with the oil change. I also told him to go ahead and change my air filter while he was at it. He asked me what I wanted my tires inflated to and I told him what pressures I wanted them at, all normal stuff. At 5:49 when they got done, he told me it would be $171, and I asked him if that was with the air filter and he said yes. The reason I ask is because I never saw them change the air filter. I told him OK let’s go ahead and do the windshield wipers while we’re at it, he said OK great and then came back and said “oh I am sorry. I did not have the air filter on the invoice. It’s going to be $273 now”. He cashed me out and said OK. You can be on your way. I said aren’t you going to replace the windshield wipers you charge me for oh yeah I forgot, then he said OK windshield wipers are replaced. You can go and I said aren’t you gonna replace the air filter? He said oh yeah I forgot and he said OK you can go and then I said, aren’t you going to air my tires up? Came home and checked to make sure they did everything correctly and found my filter loose, plug loose, fluids not topped off and air filter housing not secured! I’m now stuck putting synthetic oil in my truck (which isn’t bad, just more costly) and had horrible service.

I love that I can bring my own oil, oil filter, air filter or cabin air filter and you will charge me to put it all in. I don’t mind paying $54 to have that done by you. But be consistent and offer all for what I am paying for. For example, I sat for 20 minutes in a bay waiting for 2 ppl working to finish the car that was there before I got there. I accidentally bought the normal full synthetic instead of the higher mileage. This was my last 5 qts of that. Usually, you add the high mileage enhancer for me, this time the guy said, “we can’t ring that up so I can’t give it to you”. I asked why? He said it is included with the price of when you buy the oil there. He said he can’t add it but not on just labor. Meaning the $54 is just for labor. Ok, fine. Gets to my car, I asked for no washer fluid which they agreed. They didn’t check my tire pressure. They put in my air filter, and installed the oil filter and put in the oil. They spent 15 minutes on my vehicle. I showed them my ID since I am a veteran and you advertise 25% for Veterans. Well, the guy said no. He said he can’t give a discount on just labor. Once again, I said OK. He took my payment and I left with a bad taste in my mouth. Now, the people working were very nice. Offered me a bottle water and were pleasant. No one was rude, so this isn’t about the people. $54 for 15 minutes of work is $270 an hour in labor. So that $54 isn’t for just labor which means it is part revenue. If you give 25% off for military and Veterans, that is great and Thank you. If you really can’t give 25% off all the services you provide, then please disclose that. Also, don’t one day offer something (high mileage additive) to me and then the next time say No. t

I was there for an hour and a half, but yet it's advertised as the quickest oil change on the planet that only takes 10 minutes. I guess it might only take 10 minutes of the workers would stop chitchatting with each other and actually work on the vehicles. Also $103 for an oil change plus a $5 "shop fee" being charged for an extra quart of oil in my car that holds 4.2 quarts of oil. $160 for an oil change and an air filter is highway robbery!

Bad service, the women there were super rude. There were two cars behind me and they passed them first. It's not fair. I went an hour and still didn't change the oil. I ended up leaving.

Did not top off fluids, did not reset my oil sensor and charged me $4 for a half quart of oil without telling me. My car only needs 5 quarts and charged me for 5.5 quarts.

Went to this store a few years ago and it seemed just ok. However I went back because I was in the area and was pleasantly surprised. I don’t know if it’s new management but this visit was great. Very professional, kind and fast. I will be driving out of my way in the future to return to this store.

Service was a very slow. There was 1 other car at the shop being worked on, I was put in the next available spot. I waited about 15 minutes before the car was actually getting worked on. The entire visit was about 40 minutes. I was told my fluids were topped off, however my wiper fluid was near empty. Other oil change spots will check your lights as well, but they didn’t offer that courtesy. I didn’t receive the normal courtesy window sticker after my oil change. I received checklist of what they did, but it was inaccurate; it says they performed services that they didn’t. They did however give me a bottle of water when I arrived. The customer service is friendly.

They have great service and it is very convenient. The downside is that they are more expensive than others that do the same type of service. I guess you are paying for the convenience/
