I was told during my old change that I needed a coolant flush, and it was a complete lie. I went to the oil change place I usually go to for them to do the coolant flush and they told me it was just fine. It's sad that men would try to take advantage of a woman that doesn't know anything about cars. I will never come back.

Staff friendly. Time quick. But this visit. No bottle of water. Also they normally fill wiper water. This time they did not. Just missed being 5 star.

Was in a bind and tried you for the first time. Entrance was blocked by a service truck, I waited while workers watched, eventually had to back up and get back on a four lane street, make a U turn and go through a stoplight to find another entrance. No apology from workers. The cost was 40% more than my normal stop for an oil change. Not mad, just disappointed in overall customer experience

I provided a $10.00 coupon on my phone and it was not applied to my bill. You put your trust in your service workers and they don't care.

My oil change yesterday was by far the longest experience at a driv-thru oil change in my 40 years of living. I sat inside the bay for 25 minutes before they even started. It took a little over an hour from the time I pulled up til the time I left. Everyone was nice and professional but not enough people staffed. The screen shot is from me telling my rental tenant I was getting an oil change she and still being there 50 minutes later.

Friendly people good service ridiculous price on oil $150 for an oil change. I get the same thing at Walmart for $80. I won't be coming back
