Man the location I was at was understaffed but still very quick and efficient and extremely polite about the amount of questions I had will deffinately be going back to that location even though there are ones much closer to my home

The guys at Take 5 on Sonner a road are the best ever! They greeted me immediately and offered water they spoke to me the entire process and informed me of any extra things that might need attention. I will continue to go there. They are the sweetest

Good attitudes. Polite staff. Technician popped my transmission fluid plug and completely tanked my afternoon and weekend. At least they paid for the tow and comped my oil change though.

The Wiper Fluid they use is water based so they said they aren't topping off fluids (as the sign says). But essentially, they use poor quality products. I will NOT be going back.

Always quick service and friendly environment. They let you know all your options and what needs replaced that they can do right there while getting your oil changed. Bridget is the best technician and has been one of the two working on my car every single time. Highly recommend!

Review: I really appreciate this location and their staff. From the moment I arrived, the team was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, which is not something you typically expect during an oil change. A special shoutout to the technician who worked on my truck and got me ready for my fishing trip. You went above and beyond and was so kind. Had I posted this review 4 months ago when I was there last I would have still remembered your name. (I’ll update this when I come back soon) Anyway I highly recommend Take 5 Oil on sooner to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant place to get their car serviced. Never, and I mean NEVER take your car here. I went for an oil change and the wait was very long but the way their lot is set up you can't drive off. Fine. I wait. They empty the oil pan and THEN someone comes to ask me which oil change I'd like. I show them the coupon that I had already called to make sure they accepted and they tell me they don't have that oil.... Or the next priced one. They seem irritated and backed up but they've already emptied my oil so what can I do? So I end up paying $75 for an oil change that I initially was going to pay $30 bucks for. Next the coolant and windshield fluid is emptied and NEVER FILLED BACK UP. Why? My car has been driving roughly ever since. I will NEVER go back there. You've been warned.

The guys at 4816 South Sooner Road are FANTASTIC!!!! They were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable about everything under the hood and took time out to explain exactly what they were doing and presented a range of payment options that were suitable for my budget and it didn't take them but 17 minutes to do everything so I'll definitely be back. You have a new customer.
