When I called the phone number I was given a different quote then when I went to the shop the price was higher then what I was quoted. This is not professional at all and I will never go back there ever!

I came there last week think it was the 23rd, there was only one gentleman on staff doing literally everything. Bro still gave me water, welcomed me in, gave a quick oil change with a smile, washed my windows, and recommended future car treatments without being crazy pushy. He ate that shit up 10/10. He himself gives a 5 star Company should put more staff on schedule to support dude tho. Company gets a 2 star, and one of those stars is just bc you had the good graces to hire the gentleman I'm talking about above

I had a great experience getting my oil change at Take 5. The guys that did my oil change were very efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable. I usually do my own oil changes, but this trip may have changed my mind. It was quick, the guys were nice, and gave extra advice on top of the job they were doing. A+++++ 100% 5***** star's

Great service! Fast, easy, and clean! Charles, who was in training checked me in and did a great job. I wish I could remember the name of his trainer, he was awesome as well! Good group of guys working there, one guy even offered me a bottle of water. All of them were beyond helpful, kind, professional, and polite. Thanks for the great experience 😀

Waited 25 minutes to get service there was technicians standing around talking instead of asking me if I needed some service. This is the second time that I visit this location. It had to wait and there was no one in line.

Yes, they did our oil change but once they started taking off the cover to our air filter we told them "don't worry we will check it ourselves ". After leaving we noticed we had 2 bolts missing on the air filter. Upon our return the "manager" came out and said he just had to order the parts to replace them and would call us when they arrived about an hour and then he never called. I have no problem with making a mistake but at least own up to it and fix it. Don't cover it up and then lie about it. We will not be going here in the future and will pay more money moving forward to get proper service.

This was one of the best experiences with an oil change I have ever had. The interaction with the staff was awesome. They were so nice and joked around with me. You can tell they were genuinely into helping me learn about my vehicles needs. They showed me things about my car that I didn’t even realize I had. I LOVE the drive in concept where you stay in the car for the entire process. I highly recommend this business.
