Very quick service and I did not have to get out of the car. They also checked my tires, wipers and cleaned the windshield. Everyone was very helpful and friendly! Much cheaper than the last place I went to for an oil change.

I had a great experience! Quickest oil change ever and it was nice not having to coordinate being without a car for a couple hours like most of my oil change experiences in the past. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I plan to continue coming here for all my oil changes.

I just want to say I went to take five oil change on Lindsay and Broadway and I had the best experience in customer service and WellCare and well-knowledged on what they were doing I want to thank Miss J and Andy for helping me with everything I really appreciate it and I would recommend this place to friends and family

It is WAY too expensive! I have a Kia Soul and have never paid over $60 for an oil change. I have a very low mileage vehicle and it cost $97 for a simple oil change. Had I known the cost before they started I NEVER would have done it. They don’t tell you anything, they just direct you in and start working on the vehicle. I was completely shocked at this outrageous charge!

Took 45 minutes for the oil change. I was greeted right away, but they didn't start my oil change for another 30 minutes. The actual oil change took 15 minutes. The service techs were polite and efficient.

Went late in the day, an hour before they closed, but no wait, no line. Pricing was so good that we actually added on services. Discounts and coupons were readily offered. Lane was fantastic and super helpful. Aiden, one of the managers, was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

Had to wait 50 minutes for an oil change. Got very upset because when I asked why it's taking so long they said they where busy with other cars. The true reason is that they run out of oil and there waiting for someone to deliver the oil. Bunch of young incompetent young kids. You can not run any business without paying attention to the customer. You loose customers.It was my first and the last time to visit this place. Bad experience.

Incredible team working seamlessly to service my vehicle. Was given bottled water upon arrival and was informed every step of the way the process taking place. Was in and out so quickly- first time I can say I enjoyed the oil change process. Excellent staff, friendly and knowledgeable. The manager checked with us as well. We're very happy with the service and will be back for our next oil change.

0 stars. Terrible place. Never come to this place or go for an oil change here. Paid for an oil change and they didn't have an oil filter, instead of trying to help me out or waiting until the oil filter came in to do the oil change, they did the oil change without the filter and charge me full price. Also, they made me pay additional money to put in something to extend the life of my filter instead of doing it as an accommodation for not having the filter in the first place. Then, I was told that they would call me when they got the oil filter in to replace it immediately and still have not received any update as to when that will happen. Decided to call today to ask for an update and was told that they didn't have the filter still and that they would get it in soon. I asked if I could go to another location to get the filter replaced and they said they would call around to see if any other locations had the oil filter to replace it but then no update. It has been two weeks since I have went to the place to get my oil changed with the filter and it still hasn't gotten done. Very dishonest place and the fact that you can never get ahold of anybody and it takes literally 30 minutes of being placed on hold to finally get a hold of somebody is ridiculous. Anybody reading this should spend your money somewhere else because this place is ridiculous.

Unfortunately, the technicians at this location sold me a new air filter with the oil change. However, I watched them install the same old dirty oil filter when I question them when they brought me the bill, they mentioned that it was dirty looking because their hands were dirty. They refused to pull it out to show me the new filter, so when I pulled out, I opened it up and sure enough it was the old filter. They had already taken it off the bill so I wasn’t charged for it, but trust was lost.

Went in for an oil change on 01/05. Very prompt, honest and detail oriented. Great customer service would come back for every oil change
