They were so helpful and went above and beyond with answering my questions. I even reported a leak and they were more than happy to take a look, clean it, fix it and let me know i can come back in a week to have them check on it. So amazing!

Came in around 1pm for an oil change, i was told by the gentleman assisting me that my coolant was at a poor quality and they would recommend a “coolant exchange”. But i actually had one done the previous time i had my oil change done there. They are lying to sell money and they are not honest, along with the employees shouting profanities constantly. This location is LYING to sell services you don’t need, not to mention the price of a simple oil change. It is not worth coming to get taken advantage of and very disappointing. 0 STARS

My first and last time using Take 5 oil change. They had 1 car in each bay when I arrived. I waited 35 minutes before even being directed into the bay. It was another 25 minutes before they even asked me what oil change service I wanted. It appeared that they were only working on one car at a time, even though they have 2 bays. Then they checked the oil level after finally completing the service after nearly an hour and a half, showed me the dipstick, which was showing a little below full, and then asked me if I wanted it topped off. Well, since I paid for it, and it should be full, of course I wanted it topped off, what a stupid question. I will not go back.

I was immediately greeted and directed to pull into the bay. The staff proceeded to show me the oil change for my vehicle. They then shared with me other services available, while topping off my vehicle fluids. The service and staff was beyond excellent. I look forward to coming back again to get my oil changed. My three daughters will be getting their oil changes here too. Thanks to the guy wearing the hat who's kindness make you want to return!!😊

It was super fast. It made me question why I’ve wasted so much of my time in the past going to other oil change places. The mechanic who helped me, Michael, was great and knowledgeable. All in all I’m a fan.

This review should come as no surprise. You spilled oil all over my engine bay without informing me, leading to smoke pouring out from the engine bay within a few minutes of leaving. It may have also gotten into the alternator. Which may cause electrical problems in the coming days and weeks. I did not receive an e-mail to submit a review to the company, despite giving them my e-mail address. They probably typed it in incorrectly.

The two men working were so polite and took the time to explain my options. They explained things in a way I could understand. I felt they had my best interest at heart and didn’t pressure me into buying goods and services that weren’t necessary. I appreciated the fabulous service!

This was my first time going to a Take 5 oil change due to needing to get an emergency oil change & unfortunately it was not the best experience. I was the only one in line when I arrived & waited 35 minutes in line to get the service done. Once I got into the service it took them 5 minutes of me waiting there for someone to come up & get started. In total, a 40 minute wait. I realized even though they had 2 employees there on Sunday only 1 of them were actually doing the oil change & the other doing paperwork & billing, this also caused the wait. Once they were done they did apologize for the inconvenience & explained why they were so far behind. Inconveniences can happen & that’s understandable but all in all a very poor job of management overall.

Take 5 has got to be one of the best places to go in Arizona. The staff were wonderful! Customer service was top tier and they definitely went above and beyond during my routine oil change. The price was reasonable and they kept me informed every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them!!!!!!
