It’s my go to place whenever I need good car maintenance before hitting the road. The Take 5 staff always have excellent costumer service, they get the car oiled up in a timely manner, & I always that my vehicle is in good hands.

Technical staff horrible and unsatisfied Service very bad service I took my Audi car to change oil but they also told me to take the coolant service and I agreed to them but they added water to my Audi car instead of coolant and my car started heating up the coolant started dripping down so I went back to the service place and told them about the mess created by the employee to my car the manager checked cameras and it was clearly seen that the employee added water instead of coolant in my car so he promised me too fix my car issue and apologies for the mistake done by his employee and asked me to keep my car for whole one day at their place to get the problem fixed. then I called them next day for my car they told me that it will take one more day to fix it so I agreed and then I called them after two days for my car they told me that the car is fixed come and take your car back once I reached there they told me that they are not responsible for the mess they created in my car and take my car back The manager told me not to put bad reviews but what they did to my car was really very bad so I have to put the reviews To aware other innocent people not get scammed with this kind of car services what happened to me should not happen with others.They charged me $206 for changing oil and coolant which they messed up . now they totally messed up my car and not even fixed it back they also took my money so it’s an humble request to all those who plan to go there and fix their car up please don’t go they will charge you they will show you extra services and they will mess with your car and even not fixed it back.This place is located at 4329 summer avenue memphis.

Best place I only go there I tell everyone about that place. It’s so gooood. Love that it offers veterans discount I’m not a veteran but I’m so happy they offer that for all of our veterans. The guys there are some hard workers.
