I worked on big rigs for about 8 years and I currently work railroad maintenance for quite some time now. I know a damn good worker when I see one. I recently went to Take 5 on 51st and Baseline for an oil change and a filter check. Ashley and her crew made me feel welcomed and they came out to greet me as some as I pulled up. They payed attention to details on the things I wanted done and noticed by windshield blades had came apart and replaced them while they took care of everything else I needed. As I waited, I watched who the team moved. Ashley is a leader of men. She gets right in their with her team. I couldn't help but think she would make a damn good railroad maintainer. The crew really worked well together. I'll definitely be coming back and making this my home shop for any other auto needa I have and they can help. Thank you Ashley and thank you team.

The workers were extremely polite and professional but it took way too long to do a simple oil change. There was also another car being serviced but it appeared to belong to someone that worked there. They both kept going back and forth working on my truck and the car. I won't be back, should have just went to the ford dealership

This was my first time ever going to a quicky oil change place and let me just say it was truly a nice, friendly experience! The 2 young men that helped me were true gentlemen! So hard to see young people with that! They were so courtious, explained everything, thanks a again guys. I'm definitly going back in the future!

When I first got there, I was reading it nicely. They were working on another vehicle next to me. They were doing a proper inspection on that vehicle, but when he came to my vehicle, it wasn’t done. They just changed the oil and at once that I see them check anything else when I left I noticed it brain smell so I took it to a different shop just to see it real quick and he said that they dropped oil on my engine. That’s why it smells like it’s burning. It should go away eventually he said, but it’ll still be there. What makes me mad is that he said he checked the whole vehicle. He didn’t cause the same mechanic that I went to he stated that no they top nothing off so he wouldn’t do it for me for free. That’s not cool but like I said when I got there, they were all nice but the service to my car. No, that’s not cool.

I had an amazing experience here. After my car check engine light went off on the freeway I decided to come to the nearest oil change spot instead of my usual mechanic. A young man and woman who I believe was the manager helped me get my car back in shape! Service was super fast and they even helped me top off my coolant. Thank you!
