Friendly staff, but encountered issues with starting my diesel pick-up after they replaced the fuel filters. My visit lasted almost two hours and I had to assist in diagnosing the issue (pinched or rolled o-ring/gasket) allowing air to enter the fuel system while attempting to prime. Again, the staff was very friendly, but that doesn’t help much when you’re unable to get back in the road. Also, after reviewing the invoice, the pricing is pretty ridiculous. Might as well use the dealership and not have all the priming/restart issues. I want to stress, the crew was super nice, but nobody even offered to discount the $467 invoice for my time. Do yourself a favor if you have anything other than a basic oil change and take your vehicle elsewhere.

I received exceptional service from start to finish. The technician who assisted me and worked on my truck was thorough in explaining the process and provided an excellent recommendation for the appropriate oil for my truck. I will undoubtedly return to Take 5 for my next oil change. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of an oil change. Additionally, their veteran-friendly approach sets them apart. I was the only car at the location at the current time of my service. The young man, seemed polite and offered me water. I believe from beginning to end, it was about 15 / 20 minutes. The service was done good overall, however at no point did they check my tires, air filter, nor the windshield wipers and on the receipt they marked them as all good and checked. Good thing I check my own tires constantly but there was no reason why they didn't do all those items when every location I've been to they do it.

It was an awesome experience. I had Brandon and Dean. I was surprised at the level of training provided by Brandon and the level of commitment Dean had. Both were very professional and answered all my questions.
