I took my vehicle in for an oil change and really appreciated how quickly they got it done while also ensuring that it was done correctly. As another customer review noted, they may offer you something, give you the price and you decide yes or no with no high pressure or scare tactics. Price is comparable to the dealership with premium synthetic oil, but the overall convenience and the super helpful individuals you interact with are better. I will be back!

Take 5 Oil Change has the BEST customer service in the Oil Change industry. I recently needed an Oil Change and called ahead to check to see if 10w30 oil was available for my car. This location was literally 5 minutes from the District Take 5 Oil warehouse, which happened to have the oil I needed. I spoke with Jered who said it was NO problem to hop down the road and grab the oil and filter to service my vehicle. Upon getting there, the Manager Triston welcomed me so kindly that I will NEVER get my vehicle serviced for an oil change anywhere else! Thank you to Triston and Jered for making my experience a repeat customer experience for me for life!

I’ve been here twice and twice had an excellent experience. It’s fast, friendly and convenient. No appointments to schedule ahead of time, no handing over keys, no car and belongings left in the hands of strangers, no waiting rooms, no third person relay about the condition of your car while sitting amongst other customers in a lobby…. You know what I’m talking about…. From the comfort of your car, it’s nice to converse directly with the Take 5 team as the oil change takes place. You get information in real time and they offer extra services such as wiper replacement, air filter, change coolant, etc — on the spot, without being pushy. Question it, discuss it. Take it or leave it. With a premium oil change, I appreciate the “free top up” at 3000 miles (from any Take 5 nationwide). Give it a shot!

My experience was well needed,Brandon immediately found an oil least that could have costed me an engine had he not noticed. Spencer the service writer was very knowledgeable and professional as well,a little pricy but worth it for me.was a 5 star service.

I will ALWAYS COME HERE💝💯💥After going to another place for an oil change...I will not say where, the man drained my oil without making sure they carried my filter. They did not carry my filter. Had to put oil in my car. So, no way was I going back there. Take 5 on Chapman is the BEST. The crew is friendly, funny and fast AND thorough. I will be a forever customer . They even offered pizza! Not really, but they offered a Cold water while I waited 🏆🏆🏆💖
