I will never go here again on February 5th 2025 I brought my 2023 Lexus ES 350 here told them I wanted an oil change I changed my oil charge me like 200 bucks when originally it was only supposed to be $90 a guy by the name of Elijah or Eli well they didn't type the bolt back on the oil pan so when I left my motor blew up when I went back to tell him they said they were not responsible after I left the property so I am out of $6,000 this place is horrible they trick me out of $100 and then didn't even finish the job it cost me a whole engine I'll pray that these people get right with the Lord heed my warning before having any work done here thank you God bless

I go to the Take 5 on Broadway every time I get my oil changed because every single person I have ever encountered at this location are amazing every single time and they really care about taking care of their customers. On my most recent visit Ashton and the other gentleman working bay 3 were absolutely GREAT! I'm a single woman and it's easy to be taken advantage of by auto shops period, but not here I felt like they went above and beyond to make sure my experience was everything they'd expect for any woman in their own lives to be. That definitely shined through in my experience yesterday! I will continue to use the Broadway location because those guys are just awesome!!! Thanks again guys!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. My little sister brought her car here to have a simple oil change last week. They drained the oil, and replaced the filter, then charged her $132 before letting her leave. THEY DID NOT PUT A DROP OF OIL BACK IN TO HER CAR. She started her car and realized her oil light was on, and asked the technician to look at it because it was not on when she brought it in. He tried to “reset” the light and when that didn’t work, he told her not to worry about it. She drove her car THREE miles before realizing something was severely wrong. After putting oil in it ourselves, and bringing it back to the shop, they did issue her a refund. Ultimately there is no telling what kind of damage could have been done in the three miles she drove it with no oil. Stay away from this place.

My wife was taken advantage of. They told her the coolant was burnt and it was barely 2 months old because I had replaced the radiator. They made her think there was going to be major engine failure if was changed right then. I will never use this business again and I will make sure everyone I know won't either.

Pros-they are very fast! And very nice Cons-VERY PUSHY about other services. I literally come in for a $120 oil change(with a coupon) and they want to push every other service over and over after I had already said no thank you. This is the 2nd time I have gone to them and had my oil changed.

Was put off at the beginning by the technician who couldn’t direct me properly into the bay (witnessed him having same issue with another customer.) Later, the same tech decided I needed new wipers. I indicated they were relatively new and I didn’t want to replace. He then made a show of examining them and only stopped when I told Michael I wasn’t replacing them. Michael was very pleasant and wasn’t pushy when I declined the upsell. I’d return to this station if I could be assured Michael would be there.

Overall experience...average. They did get me right in as there was an available bay. All started going a little off when the tech couldn't open my hood (Jeep Wrangler Unlimited) latches. I got out and helped him. Pulled in and of course am provided the sales pitch on highest service. I was going full synthetic anyway but was told I probably offroad my Jeep...to which I replied that I didn't. The tech gave me a look like I was lying to him. Not a response I need. I opted for the highest oil service and no issues there. Then was told my wipers needed replaced. Obviously pushing them as I noticed they did the same to the guy next to me. I had just replaced my blades three weeks prior so they are new. I informed the tech of that and declined. He persisted for a moment then realized I wasn't biting. The remainder of the service went fine. Paid for my bill and pulled out. Got down the road onto the freeway and (worst part of the entire service) found my hood shaking. They forgot to or didn't know how to close the latches on my hood. Wind was catching it and if not for the central latch, it would have blown off. Had to divert my trip and pull off the freeway to deal with it. Of note, seems a leadership issue at this location. There was a short bearded guy that seemed to be the lead tech. Seems to bark orders rather than lead and develop the team. I'm former military and understand times when one has to be direct. But there's a balance and I didn't witness that there. Need someone to truly develop good customer service and attention to detail. Not a place I'll likely return.

Had a great visit. Went on a Monday afternoon. All of the staff were friendly and my service was quick and professional. They answered all my questions in a timely manner. Will be going back.

One star is about right because I ultimately got fresh oil. The 5 minute oil change lasted 20 minutes. The safety check showed 3 N/A so idk why. The price changed four times then the final price included a shop charge that was never explained. I do not recommend this experience.

The 2 that helped me were a young blonde female and a man named George. They were extremely helpful, polite, and I received the best customer service from them! This Fountain City location always has the best staff, but the 2 I had yesterday were 5 star review worthy!

The mechanics took a towel and started wiping the hood of my car. I asked him to stop. I told him that I don’t allow anyone to touch my car. He stopped wiping and said that this is part of their service. I said thank you , but that’s ok. I told him that I needed to rinse it anyway, When I got home I took the water hose and rinsed the car , then I discovered the mechanic that wiped my hood took off my paint. The company Mgr. in fountain city, refused to take responsibility. I even asked him to review the camera, He still refused to take ownership . I paid for an oil change, 2 filters coming to over $200.00. I am very disappointed and upset with them .

These guys are so nice and always do an amazing job! Highly recommend this location. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and always helpful. I trust them to have my best interest in mind and know that they will always take great care of my vehicle. Love going here!
