Kenny (manager, I think) & Jamal, were knowledgeable & provided excellent service! The two got my M-B C300 in and out efficiently and communicated their processes in ways anyone could understand. My family will be coming back for all of our Oil changes in the coming months. Thanks Guys!

Regarding Poor Service and Unprofessional Behavior I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit for an oil change. Not only did the staff break my oil cap, but when I pointed out a significant oil leak, they refused to fix it. The leak was major, and I expected better attention to such an issue. Furthermore, the manager’s behavior was completely unprofessional. They used inappropriate language and spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful manner. I was shocked by the level of unprofessionalism displayed, especially from someone in a managerial role. The overall atmosphere and conduct of the staff were also concerning, and I felt the service was more aligned with a less reputable environment.

They said they didn't have the filter for my car. I could go buy a filter and bring it back so they can change the oil. Although they said the filter is in the price and it would still be the same cost.

Kenny was knowledge and a professional when I went to get my oil changed. He noticed my coolant was brown in color and informed me that coolant should be a neon or “highlighter “ cooler. I didn’t want my engine messed up so I took his advice. Thanks for the help with my car. Feels better when I accelerate the car.

12/11/24 UPDATE - Still no response, so I called back again. I re-explained the situation. I was told again that someone would call. // 12/05/24 UPDATE - I never received a call back "within 24 hours" from the DM; I never received a call for 2 weeks (counting Thanksgiving). I called back on Monday and again was told I'd get a call back within 24 hours again, and on Thurs, still no call. I called back again. I was told once more that the I would get a call within 24 hours from the RM this time. I'm not hopeful. // 11/20/24 It works well if you're familiar with their process. It's a "drive-thru" as opposed to a typical place. They didn't greet me until after I waited and finally got out of my car. I was instructed to pull around back, and nothing else. I sat and waited again then after I parked, they came out and pulled me in. I wanted to discuss pricing, but I was just left in my car. when I finally did flag someone down, I told them I was here for the price I was quoted with a coupon from the call center and he informed me that it was not correct and it would be another $30. he stated that this is a problem that they always have and they've been complaining to corporate but nothing's been done about it. so I called the call center back they couldn't do anything, so they connected me to corporate. All they could do was put in a complaint and assured me they would review the call to see where the "miscommunication" happened. while I'm sitting on the phone, they tried to go ahead and change my oil anyway. and yes, it was the same person I had spoken to and he knew I was on the phone with corporate. I ended up leaving because I felt a little scammed and it needed to get done today. I'm not convinced I'm receiving a call back, but we'll see come tomorrow.

Don't go to that place, the service is terrible.... only one guy doing the oil changes... after I waited 30 minutes, they moved the guy behind me to go first, which seemed like a lack of respect for the customer.

Staff were kind, quick and professional throughout the entire experience. Even offering a new coupon to someone in line behind me who had an expired coupon. The process of getting my oil changed only took about 5 mins, yet they didn’t forget to offer me water and update me on future maintenance my car may need.
