And they only got a three because the nice young man that was really helpful in the end let’s start there, i initially arrived and there were a few cars in the bays, not to mention they had be move twice, the second time they put me behind a car and I sat and waited for about 20 mins THEN the guy finally comes up to my car and says “Did someone come tell you the wait was going to be longer?” I answers no and he proceeds to say “oh I told one of them to come tell you” umm excuse me was my first thought then he proceeds to say “ I’m sorry it’s because the car is getting additional services you can come back later” I immediately get irritated. Because no I don’t want to come back later tf lol total joke! Anywho I say another maybe 10-15 minutes and the truck finally pulls off and they pull me up , changed my oil within 10-15 minutes , the best part was the young man that apologized in the end he was very sympathetic and apologetic and gave me coupons and a nice air freshener, other than that the service was a bit crappy !!!! Would I go back ? Probably not I’ll probably go to the furthest location away from this one literally.

It took almost thirty minutes before they started working on my car. Did not seem like they were any hurry to finish other cars before mine. Stood around and talked a lot.

Customer service is great. Had two cars go for emissions test. They remembered me on the 2nd trip. Interfaced with 4 or 5 young men. All polite and focused on the job. I'm new from out of state. The emission test was $18.50. More than half what i paid in CA. Oil price looks higher than I'm used to.

Amazing service. Fast, friendly, and answered all my questions on synthetic oil with patience. Would definitely take my other vehicle there for service as well.

These are some of the nicest mechanics I've ever met! They are great with sharing exactly what they are doing so you have full transparency that they are doing what they say they are doing. Also, probably the fastest oil change and state inspection I've ever done! Thank you Take 5!! Y'all rock!

What a horrible experience. Five cars in line and the employees cannot summon enough energy to move quicky. Witnessed the employee with glasses check his phone 10 times and was too busy scrolling to do his job. Ended up leaving in frustration and will never return. Some supervision is needed at this facility.

I always have amazing service here. The store manager and their team are friendly, honest and quick to handle any issues. I've referred pretty much anyone I know to swing by when they need a quick oil change, especially for a decent price.

This was my 2nd visit to this place and though I moved 30 minutes away since my first appointment, they are worth it. I even drove right past another location that was closer. How locations treat their customers is worth the extra effort we take to get procedures done.

Went to takes 5 twice. First time oil change, second time state inspection. I bought the back wiper from Walmart but couldn’t figure out how to mount it. The staff tried to help and got a few people involved. After thorough investigation they found the one I bought doesn’t fit. I got it in the shop, cheaper than Walmart. The inspection went smoothly and as quickly as possible. I noticed they pumped the spent oil in a cylinder, the process was clean and efficient. Environmentally friendly . It’s a good responsible business. Recommend it
