I came here in a crunch and after waiting over 40 minutes outside the bay and then over 15 minutes in the bay, I was still unable to get and oil change. I don’t know how Take 5 was able to hire maybe the 3 most incompetent and laziest workers in all of Jacksonville, but they sure did at this location. One of the workers that pulled me into the bay had me sitting there waiting and then he suddenly just goes home while I’m waiting for him. He didn’t even have the common decency to finish a 10-15 minute job before he took his lazy *** home. Super unprofessional and mismanaged location.

took advantage of me and charged me 50$ for an air filter after never explicitly telling me the price 👎👎👎, be very careful and don’t let them take your money!

The rep who helped me was very courteous! Answered my questions. They had a power outage that knocked out their systems. But still honored my coupon and got me through quickly. I would go back!

I had great experiences here. The guys were all super great, chill, and efficient. I didn’t have to wait but a couple minutes to get going. I pass several oil change shops between here and my house but will make it a point to come back to this one regularly.
