Rude, rude, and rude! I have no idea how this location has such high ratings when the staff is so blatantly rude. If you do not want all of the upgrades, they dismiss you and treat you poorly. The Cassat location is MUCH better and they do not try to sell you any service you DO NOT NEED! Corporate take notice.
