I called the cops. The thieves working on my truck didn't change the oil. Stay away from that place. I'm pressing charges they will be in handcuffs

Very open about everything they were doing. Worked together very well. They even showed me everything they changed out. The old and the new. This was the best and trustworthy place I have ever been to to have my oil changed. So glad I came here and I will be back every time.

Went in on a Saturday and the two gentlemen working were alone due to a few callouts. I was really impressed with their ability to still go above and beyond for the customer experience. I would definitely recommend this location, and I will be back. This was my first time using Take 5.

Hire more staff. Saturday morning and only two techs working. All three bays were full with people waiting. Took 59 minutes for and oil change

I have used Take 5 for over a year and in multiple areas of Jacksonville and Orange Park, FL. They are always courteous, professional and genuinely nice guys. They are quick but this is not most important.

To the man outside directing on 1/24 please learn to be kinder when speaking and directing people. I had an appointment and immediately backed out after you were so aggressive with me. When some one pulls up you shouldn't be like "what do you want". You continued with an attitude about popping my hood and I was done at that point ill gladly go else were

The overall visit was great. With only two personal working on a Sunday they were swamped! They changed my oil and notice that I needed filter that was well overdue. Truly they deserve the praise and additional personal to keep up with the demand.

Worst experience!!!!! No customer service, no one said how long this would take or anything, waited almost an hour and had to leave so I wouldn't lose my job!

I normally had a good experience. The last time I took it in, they replaced the air filter backwards when they checked it. Cost almost $1000 to fix it and they claim no liability. Will never return. Be aware that if they mess something up, it will cost only you.

My oil change was amazing. Took my wife’s car to get done. They told me they didn’t have a tool needed to do her 2017 Passat. Went to another take 5 down the road. They blatantly told me y’all were completely full of crap. Every take 5 has the tools needed to do it. Last time I’ll go to your store.

Very disappointing and frustrating experience. Technicians shorted my truck 2-3 quarts of oil after charging me for the 8 quarts it required. After about 30 minutes or so of driving low oil alert came up on my dash. Contacted the location the next day and Ian was very helpful and apologetic. He came to my house and filled the remaining oil needed and checked over my truck to make sure everything was ok and no leaks. Still waiting on a final resolution to the poor service received at my initial visit. Thank you Ian for going out of your way to make sure my issue was remedied.
