Very satisfied with the services I received from Take 5 employees. They replaced a filter under the dash, which I was not aware of. The dealer never replaced that filter and it really needed replacement.

My first time going and I highly recommend more people go. The customer service was amazing! Friendly staff, helpful and the way they work as a team was impressive. They shared information like if I need air pressure to stop by. And the whole process was super quick. If I could give more stars I would.

I've always used Take 5 but not this location, usually the other one on beach blvd. I'll never use this specific location again and may even try another company next time after this experience and waste of money. I bring my own materials, oil/filter, since my filter is hard to find and I like a specific oil. My vehicle takes 7.3 quarts so I always bring 7.5 quarts. When they handed me back my left over container of oil, I noticed that there was still 3 quarts left. When I asked if they filled it correctly and used all of my provided oil, they mentioned that their tools aren't able to properly remove all of the old oil. Apparently it couldn't reach to the bottom of the reservoir. And said that they don't drain from the bottom to get the remaining old oil out. So your telling me that I paid for a complete oil removal and replacement, and I still have 3 whole quarts of old oil in my engine. I understand a small amount but not almost half of my old oil. The other locations have never done this. And for them to not tell me until I noticed the remaining amount of new oil in the container was very irritating. Then I drive home and when I get out of the vehicle, I noticed that they used a dirty oil rag to smear their spill marks all over my hood and quarter panel. I'm very particular about my vehicle and keep it clean so it was obvious. So then I popped my hood to find more drops all over the engine bay that they decided to not wipe away. I've attached some pictures of the smears and rag though the smears are hard to capture in the sunlight, but rag is obviously dirty. And was from before wiping the engine bay clean. Never again for this location, improper oil change jobs and laziness on their spills and cleanup.

It was excellent! Efficient and thorough! The woman who helped removed and replaced the cabin filter after many other places said they couldn’t get to it. She was very helpful in other ways as well. I wish I had her name. I will definitely go back!

My car wasn't leaking anything when I showed up. When I left it was leaking oil, actually leaking oil. Other than that techs were polite.

My experience at Take5 Oil Change for my 2015 Toyota Camry was excellent. Chris was the technician and a long with the oil change, tire pressure was checked and fixed if needed, air and cabin filters were checked and the windshield was cleaned. Service was quick, efficient and expertly administered. Thank you Chris and Take 5 for a great experience.
