Don’t bother. You’ll wait for a bay for 20+ minutes, then finally get in the bay and have to wait another 30+ minutes. I watched 4 people stand around on their phones and listened to the crew discuss what they were having for lunch, and I finally told them I needed to leave. The manager told me they were short staffed, but his staff is literally just standing around, not working. I haven’t been to this Take 5 since after they first opened and had a much better experience, but there’s nothing 5 about it. Went to Valvoline up the street. They took almost as long, but no one was standing around on their phones not working, and they matched my Take 5 coupon.

i came in for an oil change and my filter was also very dirty but i was worried with me needing full synthetic i couldnt afford it but they gave me coupons to reach a price i couldnt afford. :)))

They are always really nice here and very quick and efficient. They are helpful when we have questions about something with my car. Always great coupons as well they send you for a discount. I was going somewhere else where they were putting the wrong oil in my car and I went to this take 5 and they told me that it was wrong and fixed the issue. Strongly recommend going here.

Does not compare to the store in Avon, In. The Pendleton Pike store was very disappointing. Fingerprints with oil left all over the hood. Waited 30 minutes for car in front of me. 35 minutes for my change. Heard one tech in the pit tell another tech “no, no! That’s the transportation pan”.

I like how convenient and fast they are, however, they didn’t have any washer fluid, and the explanation was so generic and non customer service friendly. If you’re paying someone for a service, you are supposed to get the full service.

John, Rodney, Kaiden, and Steve made my entire morning! I just needed an oil change and when I tell you these gentlemen not only took care of my car but they took care of me! They were happy, friendly and ready to do their jobs! They were organized and the team work I observed was phenomenal! Keep up the great work guys and thank you so much! Oh and by the way—my oil change literally took 5 minutes!!!

Normally when I come here it is always good. Unfortunately today was extremely slow and there was no customer service. I was only greeted once and that was before my truck was pulled in. It looked as if maybe people were being trained but I was not given a courtesy greeting; nothing was said to me until I communicated I needed to leave. I waited over 15 minutes with my car inside the bay. It looked as if Brandon was the manager on duty. I was told they were short staffed after waiting the 15 minutes and telling him I needed to leave. There were three other staff members with Brandon (potentially trainees) that were all working on one car. I don’t mind the wait but would have appreciated the courtesy before pulling my car in the bay and waiting without any communication or warning.
