The shop supervisor, I don't remember his name. However, he was amazing. Very professional, thorough, and friendly. It seems like he runs a tight ship and expects nothing but the best from his employees. He walked to each customer to find out what their needs were and expectations. I appreciate that level of customer service.

I had a wonderful experience at Take 5! I showed up at 7am when they just opened and it was freezing out. My service tech was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. I highly recommend.

Avoid this location at all cost! The staff were extremely rude and made me scratch up the whole right side of my car trying to pull into one of their bays because they couldn't be bothered to move some boxes out of the way. I just came in for a state inspection and left with scratches on my car. Go anywhere else but here for any auto needs!

Came to refill air into my tires, “Jamie” ended up breaking water fulid tank, which resulted in the water buring my light blinker and I had to go buy one to change it. When I confronted them with the issue, they DENIED and told me it was broken before hand and that since i don’t have a recipt for it. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCTION.

I just got my first car and came to get my oil changed here, never done it before. Joshua was very nice and helped explain some things to me! Quick service and friendly employees 10/10 Edit 3 months later: came back to get my oil changed again, absolutely horrible. There were 3 cars being serviced, I was the 4th, meaning I was the only car in line. Wasn’t greeted until I had been sitting there a good 20 minutes. Employees just talking and on computers. Waited an HOUR and FIFTEEN minutes. Not even an apology for the wait or anything. I left. Don’t advertise yourself as a quick oil change place if it takes that long to do an oil change. People have places to be and I will never be returning here.

I sent my kids to get an oil change. They are in the military at Texas A&M. They said it was an awful experience. They asked for the military discount and they did not put it on the charge. They asked if he could apply it and he said well.... Maybe next time!?!? I'm so sick and tired of places like this taking advantage of young people. Go to Valvoline it's a lot better!!

The experience that I had was really bad. I had to wait 30 minutes for them to give me the prices for a regular oil change and the person who helped me was very unfriendly and told me that if I put in the regular oil he wouldn't give me a guarantee because he didn't recommend it. Very bad service.

They said they checked and topped off all fluids. I specifically asked if they checked the transmission fluid and the employee said let me check it again. He raised the hood and proceeded to look around. He then asked the employee in the next bay where to find it. Then, realized they didn’t fill up the windshield wiper fluid either.

Very Rude service attendant. I was getting the oil changed in my daughter’s vehicle so I didn’t want to share all my personal info. Take 5 is terrible. I left and went down the street to jiffy lube. No problems there and they were running a good special also. I will NEVER take any of my 3 vehicles to Take 5 again.

When it comes to car shops you want someone who will honesty get you the help you need and get you out of there in a timely fashion, a lot of other businesses will mislead you and or try to up charge you on things you don’t need, However there are things you need to changed and taken care of and these are the guys to do it, Please have some patience and consideration for the guys working on your cars, They are working in the cold/heat everyday! Thank you guys so much for all the hard work you do!
