They need to do their jobs I had to ask fa air in my tire… No one knew how to reset my oil… Which made think I did see them do windshield fluid either… I just don’t pay to not get my full service…

Called establishment at least three different times for help within a 6-hour time frame and they never had the courtesy to pick up the phone or call back when leaving messages.

Never mind the temperature was in the 90’s and there were a number of customers patiently waiting in line, the friendliness of this crew was amazing. I would especially like to compliment Davison for his friendliness and professionalism. Although I no longer live near this location, I continue to cone this location for my oil change. Good people!

Waited 40 minutes then they didn't have the oil for my vehicle...service has been good in the past. Part 2 I went back to this location yesterday with oil that I purchased. 60 minutes later I was told they did not have the proper tool to remove my oil filter. They replaced my oil without a new filter and was told I could use the filter until the next oil change. If I waited until the next oil change (that they recommended) it would be 15,255 miles between a change in oil filter. After stewing for the evening I thought I should return to see if they had the proper tool and could they change the oil filter without draining the oil. I have been frequenting this location for many years for oil changes and safety inspections. In my opinion they were short of staff (only 2 on the 2nd visit). I could list several other issues but I will refrain. To top it off I was charged $52.98.

Horrible customer service the Mexican with long hair kept skipping me multiple times , claiming I wasn’t being skipped and all I need was an inspection , yet 3 cars got an oil change before I got help I got tired of being skipped and left to jiffy lube ! And by skipping they kept asking me to move up infront of the bay and move from lane to lane ! Take 5 is horrible ! Train your staff properly to properly help the guests without being skipped ! Never again will I be back

It was busy because it was rush hour, but the guys were doing their best. I got good customer service and the guys helping me were easygoing and worked quickly. All this plus the coupon for my oil change makes it well worth coming back again.

Let me tell you, this Take 5 is filled with some of the hardest working men I've come across in this line of work. Chris, the manager, and one other gentleman he had on the floor with him were HUSTLING getting oil changes done for customers. Between the 2 of them, all the ports were filled AND had customers waiting. Chris was very professional, efficient, and worked in a timely manner before they closed. His customer service skills showed tremendously, and you can tell instantly why he is a manager! Give that man a raise!! He deserves so much and then some. I don't live around there but would definitely come back to be serviced at this location. Thank you Chris and the other gentleman for working thru the cold!

So I got fired today for the craziest reason in the world but the real reason is because the district manager nick huynn didn’t like me because I was honest with the customers so he kicked me out of the manager group chat to talk about me which I found out everything he said he mad because I don’t try and sell things to customers that they don’t need he rather me lie and say customers need things they don’t just to make a sale so he used 1 claim I have vs others having multiple claims and still being able to work at take 5 to fire me but the real reason is because when he tried to make me up sale a customer I asked him if he would want someone to do that to his wife or daughter and ever since then he been trying to find any reason to fire me but couldn’t so he used the 1 and only claim I ever got as the reason I need everyone who see this to speak up or he will continue making workers get over on customers
