After years of going to Jiffy Lube, I've switched to Take 5 and it's been a good experience thus far. They are faster, thorough and I can stay in my car to see how things are going. The team was thorough, asked good questions and finished the work in a fraction of the time it used to take at Jiffy Lube.

Since I moved to Texas about 2 yrs ago I’ve only gone to Take 5 for all my oil changes, and inspections. Pricing is convenient, and service is great! I’ve visited both the Kirby & W. Holcombe locations & they both have great customer service.

Before I drive up to the bay I was met by a polite, professional young man who welcomed me to Take 5, and gave me directions. Once inside the service was thorough, fast, and extremely efficient. I loved the checks and balances to ensure everything was done correctly. Services were discussed, additional options suggested but no overkill. That’s why I’ll always come back good discounts, great customer, and Conscientious worker.

Please change your name it's not close to five minutes. I get the jist. They pull you into the oil change station and make you wait 20 minutes. Went to one location they did not have the tools for my oil change. Had a veterans coupon and they stiffed me. Thank goodness I can add and subtract

The oil changes at Take 5 are far more expensive than other oil change places but I go here sometimes if I want a quick oil change. However I did notice that they don’t do all of the services that come with the oil change but they will mark it as “complete” on the sheet they give you. I noticed that they didn’t check my tire pressure nor did they clean my windshield, nor did they check my wiper blades, but on paper it says that they did. So now I’m skeptical to know what else they didn’t do. For a $97 oil change, I should be getting the services that were promised.

The service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly. They took great care of my oil and filter change, and they didn’t try to upsell me on anything. I really appreciate it! I’m so happy with my experience.

The two brothers down on the Holcombe location need a raise !!!! Best service I’ve ever had while getting my oil changed ever in life …. No like seriously I’ll be back thanks so much guys
