Great group of guys. Very professional very courteous very respectful. Had me in and out with no wait. They knew what needed to be done and did what needed to be done quickly. Third time there and every time I always leave impressed.

The experience could have been a lot better. Staff was too talkative amongst themselves while working on customer’s vehicles. Then they did not tighten the skid plate on one side of my vehicle. I had to do it myself when I got back to my office which was five miles down the road.

Dissatisfied my oil change was 71 dollars and they asked me to buy a filter frustrated 71 dollars and they wanted me to buy the filter for 35 dollars more WOW not fair at all

Very bad service , noticed that they didn’t change the o-rings for the oil filter and when I asked them they argued and they’re like it’s not a must it’s opinions !!!!, and even when I asked they didn’t lubricate the orings lack of knowledge lack of professionalism !!

They don’t email you back I have sent multiple emails to the complaint department. CustomerService@take5oilchange.co I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the service I received at this location. During my visit, I was informed that my car needed a coolant flush and that was the reason my vehicle was having the issue. Trusting the team, I agreed to the service, believing it would resolve the issue with my vehicle. However, after the service, my vehicle’s problem remained unresolved. When I returned to discuss the issue and request a refund, I was directed to contact customer service. After following the instructions and contacting customer service, I received a call informing me that my claim was denied. I was told that I had been informed the service might not fix my issue, but I allegedly agreed to it anyway. This is not only misleading but also entirely unacceptable. Why would I willingly waste money on a service that was not guaranteed to fix my problem? To make matters worse, the Fleet department which was no help at all stated that the store denied my claim, despite the store manager initially assuring me that a refund would be issued with them. I asked that department how would I file a complaint for the false allegations against the store, they simply told me to google it. And that was coming from Dan and Dan’s Supervisor which also told me that they could not do anything for me. This entire experience has left me feeling deceived and mistreated. I feel discriminated against, and the false accusations made against me have only exacerbated the situation. Despite my efforts to file a report and seek assistance, I have received no help or resolution. And been given the run around. It is clear that customer care is not a priority, and the focus is solely on taking money from trusting customers. This is deeply disappointing and unacceptable. I hope this matter is taken seriously and resolved promptly, as no customer should have to endure such dishonesty and disregard.

I arrived at this shop in the middle of a rain/windstorm after being turned down at Firestone across the street. Diamond rushed out in the rain to guide me in and the team took great care of my truck with smiles and amazing service, even updating me on the weather alerts!! 12/10, I ran 4 lube shops and haven’t seen this level of service since.

I called to check on oil change prices and was offered a current special which was texted to me within a couple of minutes. This was my first visit to Take 5. I was greeted and treated in such a wonderful and friendly manner as if I were a family member/close friend. Diamond made every effort to make sure my questions were answered and my service needs were completed successfully and professionally. I would definitely recommend this place again.

I was on my way to my usual location to get my routine oil change, but wanted to stop closer to my home. Because I had seen the commercials, but never experienced the service, I decided to stop at the local Take 5 Oil Change. The gentlemen at Take 5 Oil Change, located at 13645 State Highway 249, provided me with superb service. Mr. Gene, Joe, Edgar and Izz not only gave me detailed information about what was going on with my car, but also made me feel at ease. They are a must see if you ever find yourself in the area and in need of an oil change and additional services!

Oscar, Cornell and Kalon were great!!! I’ve never been so happy to get an oil change. Oscar even gave me a bottle of water and so valid information for my long trips on the road!!

They forgot to put oil in my mom's truck and didn't want to pay for damages.

They were short staffed and I had to wait over 20 minutes to get into a bay(there was 1 car in front of me in the bay) then I had to wait another 15 minutes before they started on my car. I told them my tires were low and they said their compressor was broken. Then after working on my car for about 10 mins I was told they didn't have the right to to get my filter off. They could change the oil, but not the filter(who would do that?!) I have used Take 5 before, but never again.
