Waited over almost an hours and a half for a state inspection while the other two lanes were moving just fine. The staff was nice.

Sat in line for an hour with only one car in front of me. The line I was directed to was not moving, meanwhile cars that arrived after me were getting serviced. Asked for a full service (oil change, cabin filter replaced, fluids topped, etc). Once I finally got to the pit it was an additional 45 minutes. I went to pay for my service and asked if they replaced my cabin filter, the attendant looked at me bewildered and said no. I didn’t have any more time for them replace it because my twins had already been screaming and crying for an hour at this point. The worst experience I’ve had, definitely not a fast service.

Service was great, friendly staff and very knowledgeable. I love the fact that they suggest and offer but don’t try and force you to get all the extra things that your car may or may not need. A simple no thank you and the staffs attitude remains the same kind and cordial. I drove clear across town to go to this particular location because I overheard someone telling another person about how kind the workers were and that they actually listen to you when you try and explain something to them about your vehicle and they actually help you find the problem and give a solution. I ACTUALLY RECEIVED THIS SAME KIND OF SERVICE FROM THIS EXACT LOCATION ! Job well done guys I will be back. I interacted with 3 of the 4 workers and all were great.

They overfilled my car with oil to where it spilled everywhere and made my serpentine belt slip right off as soon as I drove off!! Had to get it towed and the guy who towed my car AND my mechanic all said the same! They overflowed it AND THEY USE OLD DIRTY OIL BECAUSE IT WASNT CLEAN WHEN THE MECHANIC CHECKED

Been coming here for 4 years to get my oil changed. The crew is quick and they seem(from the outside) to really get along, communicate and make a great overall team together. Would recommend this location over others any day. Thanks again

I didn’t get a sticker. He wasn’t able to reset my oil life. They didn’t check my tires or air them up. Otherwise it was great

I give a 4 stars because i usually am fully content with the services with Take 5. I chose this location cause I felt they would service me well and trusted they will do the job right, considering the area. Im trusting I was taken care of as if it was their own vehicle. But I wouldn’t really have known because nothing was communicated to me afterwards. I don’t remember the man’s name who serviced me but maybe he was having a bad day because he was some what dry and didn’t tell me what all they did for me after they serviced me. I got new windshield wipers but I’m not even sure if they topped me off with windshield cleaner. After they was done it was a basically that’s it your good to go. I kinda would’ve liked to be verified for the services that was done is all I’m saying 🤷‍♂️ Other than that Great 👍 Still coming to Take 5

Professional mechanic. Love the ability to stay in vehicle while serviced. A bit clumsy, confusing to get started. Needed to ask & explain why 3000 miles vs 6000 expiration on sticker.
