A few years ago I had stopped going to that shop due to the poor and inhospitable service.,but upon hearing that a new and courteous staff was in place, i decided to try it again.I was not disappointed. Keep up the good work.

Ni siquiera me atendieron, me hicieron esperar por más de una hora para la inspección y cuando era mi turno pasaron a 2 carros antes que el mío y reclamé pero dijo que ellos ya estaban y no era verdad !!! me fui de ahí con mi coraje y sin la inspección 😔

I arrived around 7:30 PM, and even though they were about to close, they were more than happy to assist me with my oil change. They went above and beyond by checking my cabin filter, coolant filter, and replacing my windshield wipers. I initially went to the Wallisville location, but they told me they were closed. If you need a reliable, fast, and friendly oil change, this is the place to go! I’ll definitely be returning.

Today, the hours are posted for business until 5:00 p.m. however at 10 minutes till 5:00 to find all the bays ope, but with orange cones already in front of each. The two staff members present refused service. They told me that management allows them to shut down 15 minutes early and refuse customers, but their posted service hours until 5:00 p.m. I personally don't like having my time wasted and will not ever consider coming back here again. You have a right to close whenever you wish, but if you post your hours till 5:00 p.m. it's a reasonable courtesy to give your customers service until 5:00 p.m.

So friendly and helpful. Not only did they complete an oil change but one of the servicemen helped me change the battery in my key fob. Way better service than other places.

They either don’t know what they’re doing or just messing up things. NO ISSUES BEFORE I CAME HERE! I get an oil change now my car is cutting off!!! I go back Ohh it’s this ma’am ohh it’s a mechanical issues ma’am, is what they told me. NO ITS NOT!!! My car drove fine and was not cutting off UNTIL TAKE 5 TOUCHED IT!!! I went back they weren’t helpful, no resolution they all suck!!! How I pay for service then my car keeps cutting off after !!!! First time here and the WORST experience EVER!!! IM VERY UPSET & I wish I could give -0 zero stars!!

Oil changes are okay. For the past 3 times ive needed an inspection, their machine has been down. They sent me to another location that "didn't have an inspector" today. Tf does that even mean? Don't advertise services you can't provide.

First I was given some Southern hospitality with a bottle of water. The staff was extremely thorough and explaining to me what I needed for the mileage I use. They were very friendly and I love that they work together as a team. Kudos to you guys 😉

I was greeted promptly by the friendly staff at the Wallisville location. This was my 1st time getting serviced at this location, the staff was extremely thorough and explained to me what I needed. Enjoyed the service the guys were quick and efficient. Overall great service. :)

I went in to change my oil. The customer service was excellent and they did a great job on my vehicle. I can feel my the difference in the drive. I mentioned to the young man my oil might be leaking. He took the time to care and saw that the lid was damaged and that was what my engine light kept coming on. I have cracked a head before so the fact he took the time to help me was priceless. I feel safe and hope for humanity. Thank you again young man for your customers service.
