The guys that changed my oil were quick, down to business and super respectful. One’s name was D and I can’t remember the others but wld definitely come back for how great they were!

Bad service overall. They give you an attitude when they can’t upsell and did not want to honor the $20 “any oil change” coupon. First excuse saying economic oil doesn’t get the discount. Second excuse was coupon was expired showed another coupon that expires in Feb and apparently was not scanning. The customers next to us they asked them if they had coupons to redeem and offered discounts not sure if race had anything to do with it since the workers and the customer were African American. Overall worst experience I’ve had and I’ve been a Take 5 customer for a while.

I went to change the oil in my car at this location for the second time. The first visit was good because there was a guy who was very kind and professional. As a woman, it often feels like mechanics try to up-charge you for things that aren't necessary. This time, however, my experience was different. The guy, Kenton, was not at all accommodating. He didn’t give me any options, nor did he ask what type of oil I wanted. When I finally chose an option, he seemed upset about it. Additionally, he tried to convince me to change the filter, even though I knew it wasn’t necessary since it was still new. He insisted on it, which made the experience pretty uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend getting your oil changed at this location

I got a quote through phone call for 80 - 85 dollars for a full synthetic oil change which they said would include a new oil filter. Got there and went up to the worker and talked to him. He tried to say that the full synthetic oil change would be 100+?! Now mind you I’m a woman and he noticed that. He was trying to upcharge me. Even asked if I brought my own oil and that would be an upcharge as well???? Don’t go here LOL. The guys name was Kenton. And after reading some of the reviews here he definitely is trying to scam and upcharge for something that is 80 dollars.

Waited for over 30 min. behind one car that was in the bay. Extremely slow. Went next door to Jiffy Lube and was out in minutes.

Went to Copperfield location on Saturday night. Only black people and they don't really care about your vehicle. I'm pretty sure they don't change oil filters. And they didn't plug my mass airflow sensor back in. So my truck was stalling driving back home. Had to take it to mechanics to see what was wrong with it....

the manager had a bad attitude, they didn’t even ask me what type of oil I want to choose and they just did it by themselves and I would never do oil change never again at take 5 min.

The guy who did my oil change was super cool but ever since I left my car has been making a squeaking sound that it was not doing prior to me going there…..also felt a lot of tugging on my vehicle while he was underneath

The workers were nice, but they were trying to sneak in extra services the entire time. I didn’t like that. He was about to throw away my filter, without even asking me did I want a new one or even HAD the money for a new one. I had to ask them to just change my oil 5 times. That’s ridiculous, because it makes everything uncomfortable.

These people CANNOT be trusted, especially Kenton. I told him I wanted synthetic. He gave me the price of the highest one, which was $101.99 and told me that I’m getting exactly the same kind of oil from the last time I was there which was the highest kind (XLT synthetic). I told him that I didn’t pay over a hundred dollars the last time I was there, and he said prices went up for the new year and it’s a new president in a joking way. Then he took my payment which came out to $111.85. Then I started looking for my receipt and found it. I saw my receipt showed the lower kind of synthetic with a price of $84.99, and a total of $93.44. I confronted Kenton and he told me that the computer showed that I got the same kind. He TOTALLY LIED to me. Another staff came to me and basically told me that they will never serve me again and that they will put it in their system to not serve me again. After what they have done, I am NEVER going back to that place again.

Took my husbands car for an oil change today. The guy did not even ask me if I wanted to purchase a new air filter, he simply threw it away before I even had a chance to notice and said he was going to give me a new one.
