Appointments will be ignored Received email solicitation to setup appointments online for Take 5. When I arrive all bays were full and I got in line in bay 2 because I saw they were putting air in tires and it looked liked they were finishing up. Employee came to car around 11:07 and ask “oil change?” I responded yes and Informed him I made an 11am appointment. He asked me to move to bay 1 and I complied. He placed me behind a truck that was doing an inspection. I wait for an additional 30 minutes to get started during this time I saw two cars (arrived after me) get serviced in bay 2 and 1 car that arrived after me in bay 3. Didn’t leave take five until after Noon. I understand making an appointment that might run 5-10 mins late, but what’s the point of appointments if it’s completely ignored.

I’ve been twice and everything was good but this last time they of course checked the air in my tires but when I went to the car wash the special red KIA caps that I purchased from Amazon weren’t put back on my tires. I went back the next day and they didn’t have them. They might have been lost or swept away. I was not happy and now I have to purchase more.

My experience at Take5 was exceptional. The individual who assisted me was not only knowledgeable but also patient and thorough. Although I came in for an oil change, he went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was well taken care of, checking for any additional services I might need. I greatly appreciate the level of service provided and am grateful for such a positive experience.

Super inconsiderate of people’s time. I was waiting patiently for 40 minutes after being told that my service would come up in 10-15min, all while someone who pulled up after me was being attended to. Completely disrespectful.

We waited in line for over an hour before an employee came over. There was only 1 car ahead. I’m not understanding why they advertise fast oil changes and take that long. I don’t think I’ll be visiting this location as I see from other reviewers that slow is the trend here.

Ethan, I hope hope hope thats his name, was extremely knowledgeable and forthcoming with information. I live in the med center but I will be traveling to this location in the heights for services. The employees were very nice but there’s never enough of them. Never enough employees to do the jobs & keep the lines moving. I sat in line for an oil change for 49 minutes. Along with not enough employees it’s also the false advertising. This is not a quick experience. You are sitting in line & then trapped between cars between the lines, so there’s no getting out.

Been three times in the last year, never any issues. Employees are always friendly and knowledgeable, the prices are good, and the service is good. Some people are mad they have to wait their turn, I don't know what to say to those people. They do what you ask them to, and they do it with a smile. Truly what else is there

I came with a coupon for $25 discount on any oil change gave it to assistant who ran the bar code Manager from underneath said only 10 percent will be given after oil all ready changed very very pissed off take 5 better reach out to me soon or I will never return after many years using take five I wanted to punch his eyelids out

I pulled in the bay at 2:07 pm and pulled out at 2:47 PM. The employees were very nice however the service seems very slow. Maybe it was a lack of employees. I saw a total of three men.They did not check my tire pressure nor clean my windows as the receipt indicated they did. I was offered a bottle water, which I thought was a nice.touch.

I recently needed to get my oil changed, and I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The staff were super attentive and made the process smooth and easy. They even suggested an online coupon for my service, which was a nice surprise and helped me save some money. While I waited, they offered me water, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, I was very impressed with the level of service and the friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be returning for my next oil change. Highly recommend!

Took 1 hour until I was serviced with all 3 bays open and 5 workers, about 90 minutes to get in and out.

Went back on Sunday and was served by Drew, quick, efficient and I was done within 20 minutes, got a new air filter too Received excellent service today from Creighton, in and out in less than 20 minutes. Had excellent service from Jayvon, mild mannered and my oil change was quick! Today I was serviced by Alfred and Samuel, great job
