Each bay was full with 3 cars deep in each line . It took more than 5 min… Lol. The wait was more like 45 min. But in that 45 I had 2 staff check on me if I wanted water and updated on the wait . When I pulled into bay they knocked it out. Staff was friendly and professional from the start of service to the reciept it took 20 min . Great staff great attitudes and I’ll go there more often . This was my first time and it was a great experience .

I give the performance of the mechanics at Take 5 an A+! As soon as I drive in, Darnell offered me a bottled water, and explained every procedure and costs, eager to find ways to save me money. Very professional, courteous service.

More like take 50, excruciating long wait times, I went in for a quick state inspection, but the staff was just running around like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off. Very unorganized, and chaotic. What should have been a seemless 5 minute in and out visit, took an hour.

The team was amazing at this location. They were so kind and professional. They told me exactly what they were doing, before they did it, so I knew what was happening with my car. They worked very efficiently and got things done in a very timely manner. I will be back to this location!

Excellent service & Customer service at this location ! 👏🏼👏🏼🙌🏼 I always go to Take 5 for both of my cars to change oil and filter . I went there yesterday on the rush hour around 4:30 pm and on all 3 lines, there were already Full 3 cars waiting before me on a very very cold cloudy day at 43 degrees ! But I was quickly welcomed and located and also been greeted and serviced GREATLY with HAPPY attitude by DEVIN , the shift leader ! He nicely was servicing my car and managing employees to cheer them up in this cold weather and lines of cars ! A big shout out to the whole team at this location and I will definitely come back here for my next services too ! 😇💫👏🏼 I also got a discount on the system bc of my previous Full Synthetic Oil choice which made the total price reasonable to use it again this time as well ! Thank you TAKE 5 ! 😇🙌🏼

I have been coming here for all of my oil changes for the past 5 years. It is taking way too long now. Of course when they greet you, hand you a bottle of water and ask you to pop your hood, for no apparent reason other than to discourage you from driving away!! I don’t have unrealistic expectations, just do your jobs!!
