It has become very pricy BUT the technicians are extremely friendly and work hard at getting you in and out. My main gentleman was Howard. He was funny and in this horrible heat it’s all about the attitude. Been coming here since it opened. Bringing our old Tundra, 2022 Chevy Blazer up to now our 24 Blazer. I love the service but the prices are just a little too high. Went from $38 to $93 in a year. Same Blazer just a little newer.

Repeat customer! Last time I was shocked by the increase in price and they heard me. Sent me a $25 a coupon off next oil change and it sure did come in handy! Much more reasonable in pricing and some I saw some really great teamwork in the bay with happier faces than last time! Felt appreciated this time around even more than before!

This is my second time going. It sure beats going to NTB and being charged almost $200 for an oil change. They are communicative and quick. Love that it is less than 2 minutes away from home. So convenient. Thanks 🙏

I had an oil change done today by an exceptional employee named Alex. This young man was very knowledgeable, informative, professional and kind. I have been to it quite a few take 5 and their service has always been good but today it was spectacular! He had shown me a filter that was in my glove compartment area that I never knew existed And I've had my car since 2019. The filter was changed he also reset my service due button. At first I thought he was the Supervisor because he was so informative and professional. I think this young man should be bumped up as a Supervisor. Thank You take 5 for the outstanding service you had given me today. I will be returning to this location!

The information I was given didn't match the information at the location I went to . Oil change was very high over $100. Which I think is insane. I was given a coupon and it still didn't make any difference

Finally a company that knows what they’re doing!! I’ve always hated going to get my oil changed bcz it usually takes way toooo long!!! but now I can get it done it doesn’t take all day I trust the job is being done correctly and the prices aren’t too bad either! Ive gone to several different companies over my lifetime to have my oil etc done and none of those other guys knew how to run a business it took these guys to figure it out! THANK YOU TAKE 5 yall are the best in the business!!!! UPDATE 6/26/24 Was time to get the oil changed again and I needed my inspection sticker so I went back to Take 5 and had a very good experience. The ppl that took care of me were great & my car feels all better. It’s difficult being a single woman in this world in need of anything to do with a car and it’s nice to know there’s a place I can go that I feel I can trust! UPDATE:: 1/14/25 I was leaving the grocery store and noticed oil all over the rear and sides of my car! I was worried to even turn the car on concerned my oil was gushing from somewhere but I took a chance and drove a quarter mile to the TAKE FIVE I get my oil changed at they looked it over made sure it was ok told me I must have ran over some Diesel or some big truck was leaking oil and I was in the wrong place at the wrong time so I went ahead and had my oil changed as usual. The guys were great. There was even a young lady working their name Brianna I think that was her name. They were great ppl as usual!!! I have noticed the ppl change a lot at this store I hope the ppl that are at that store in jones and west will stay there a while! Hopefully TAKE 5 Will pay them more and they’ll be able to stay! These ppl work hard and deserve to make a living they can actually live on!

I stopped for an oil change and was told they didn't have the specs in their system for my car and told me they couldn't change the oil. Anyone that's in the oil changing business should have all specs updated.
