Take 5 Oil Change

I always go to Take 5 Oil Change in Katy. This time I decided to try this location and I was very disappointed. They didn’t check my air filter, but I knew it needed to be changed. I also asked the Fiu to make sure all of my fluids were filled up and he said he had done it. My windshield wiper fluid was completely empty. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this location.

Honestly I feel hustled, over charged, and taken advantage of… I want be going back I went to get a regular basic oil change and was quoted one price for my 2020 Honda passport then told I have to get high mileage oil for over $25 dollars more than regular synthetic oil. Bringing me to the high mileage oil displayed price at $103.95 I believe. I had a coupon for $20 off and I was told my total would be $126 and some change.. instantly I’m like how sway??? Well now I’m being charged oil disposal state fee $10.41 and 10.95 for .2 more then the normal 5 quarts vehicles take. Come on guys it’s still not adding up the extra fees don’t equal my $20 dollars off and the price is still more the the display I asked for a manager then he tells me I’ll let you get it for $79.95 smh I’m never going back..

Friendly. Did ask if I thought I needed to change my windshield wipers. I said no, It was not needed. He did ask if I wanted to change out the air filter. I agreed to it since I drive a lot and the price was good. I did stay in the car and the bay doors were closed. It was a very cold and windy winter day in Houston. The job was quick.

Be careful with prices , they charge me $150 for coolant exchange and when I asked for details , they were not happy and they tried to find any reason for that Just a group of theives

The guys who serviced my car were quick and friendly. My only complaint was that I was not given the choice to choose the economy oil change($50). Instead, was only allowed to choose the Premium oil change ($87 and up). I would’ve left but needed the oil change for my road trip the next day.

had a bad experience with the bellaire location the worker was very rude I got there @ 4:10 and they close at 5. when I arrived he came up to me and said if I have an appointment I said no then he said I came all late they closing and he cleaned and closed the other lanes. I told gim I needed a oil change and ot takes 10 to15 min to change oil he caught attitude and told me to wait to the other car infront ofbme to move which was right after he talk to me. after he told me to pull up and turn off car. he had attitude while he was talking trash and the other hispanic young coworker took my information payment and did paperwork. he told me to stay in the car and I wanted to get off because he had attitude didn't want him to do it wrong and fast that he wouldn't do it right. I stayed in car then when he came bak he told me turn on car and off. then he asked for my paperwork and out and wrote lipstick damaged which this car I just got new and there was nothing damaged because the dealership checked everything that was weird. over all bad experience and hopefully he did the job right . I was disappointed. I'm worried they could mess up my car. people shouldn't recieve this kind of treatment when your spending ur money there. they didn't even reset my oil indicator I had to do it myself...smh

Beware of this location. The customer service is absolutely horrible. The guys name was Mason. Just wanted a regular top off, he pretended like he doesn’t even know what that is. I tried to explain him that the other take 5 locations near by all do that infact this location also used to do that before he ever joined. But he flat out denied me any service but just when i wanted to talk to the manager his tone changed. The other dude who was there in the morning was also rude. And mind you this is the second time he denied me service. First time I didn’t say anything thought he was new but second time I can’t let that slide since again the next take 5 location near by did it without a single question. Racially profiling us misbehaving and shouting at your customers is not the right approach Mason i believe. Horrible location horrible customer service. Avoid this location at all cost. If you really want to get there service just drive +2 minutes to the next location which is near the Walmart. They have amazing service there. Note: i took the guy Mason’s picture since I haven’t received such horrible and bad behavior ever but decided not to upload it since I don’t want to fall that low to his level. Avoid this location near Fiesta Mart at all cost. If you don’t want horrible service and misbehavior and racial Profiling from them.
