Lady came out to direct the flow of traffic and pointed each vehicle to which stall to go to. Man comes out and decides to change everything. Telling everyone to back up and move. The entrance isn’t but so big so that request was very dumb. I just backed up and left.

THE GUYS WERE AWESOME AT THIS TAKE 5. THEY HAD A LONG LINE OF CARS, BUT GOT THE LINE MOVING EFFICIENTLY. THEY WERE POLITE AND FRIENDLY. THIS TAKE 5 IS NOT NEAR MY HOUSE OR MY WORK, BUT I AM CONSIDERING COMING TO THIS ONE NEXT TIME ANYWAY. :)

Go anywhere else. It used to be good place for quick oil change. I knew I should have decided against it when they forgot to put the cover back on the Expedition in front of me. They stripped my oil drain plug and took zero responsibility for it (this was the only place I've been to for oil changes). After they had stripped it, they couldn't change my oil.

Went to this location to get an oil change. Will never go back and disappointed I went at all. I usually do my oil changes myself but my stupidity brought me to this place. They didn’t even change my oil filter and they left off 3 bolts to my skid plate. If you want something done right you have to do it yourself. This place will never get my business again

I had the best experience at Take 5 off 10802 Westheimer in Houston. It was a Sunday, so they close at 5pm. I needed an inspection to renew my registration, which was 2 months past due. I pulled up at 4:15pm. Within moments, one of the employees directed me to a bay and said he'd get it done. Then asked me if I would like a water while I waited for him to finish the car ahead of me. Readers - this simple act of kindness touched my soul. I had a DAY. When he gets to me, it's 4:45, and I'm thinking oh no, it's not going to happen today. But he said yes it is, I got you. I was in and out by 5:05pm. And then had time to get the registration sticker too. I'm going back to this Take 5 for all my car needs. Thank you. I'm sad that I didn't get the gentleman's name. He showed me a small light and I'm grateful for his help.

It was great! Helpful and friendly, and only informed me of what I needed with a simple offer to replace (rather than the scummy sales tactics I usually experience bringing it to the shop). 10 out of 10 for the current crew working there on Westheimer!!!
