I have had an excellent experience each time I’ve gone to Take 5 at 2717 Hillcroft St, Houston, TX 77057. The staff there is amazing. They are always professional and keep you informed every step of the way. Plus they are super fast, work together as a team to ensure the job is well done and always check in to make sure you (the customer) is satisfied. I’ve been going there for a year and I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you Take 5 for taking such good care of me and my Jeep.

Hace una semana fui ha hacer el cambio de aceite a mi carro , fui porque sé que el servicio es rápido, cabe recalcar, que lleve mi propio aceite y filtro; a la hora de hacer el pago, pagué como si ellos hubiesen puesto su propio aceite y filtro, (lo cual no tiene sentido para mí).Hoy que reviso mi carro, me doy cuenta que falta la tapa del filtro de aire como muestra en la foto. Por lo tanto tuve q pagar doble aceite y ahora tengo que comprar una nueva tapa, no tengo queja de los empleados pero tampoco podría recomendar el lugar, una lástima.

I visited Take 5 Oil Change expecting a convenient one-stop shop for my car’s needs, including a state inspection. Unfortunately, they informed me they can't perform state inspections cause their "computer was down". I learned after they lost their license to perform inspections at this location. This was a major inconvenience since I had to make another trip elsewhere to get it done. I recommend going elsewhere.

I've never encountered a problem a this specific location, but this time was very bad. On 12/24 i needed an oil change i get it was christmas eve but once i pulled up one of the associates comes and tells me we close at 5 pm we wont be able to serve you as we have to clean and get the other 2 cars service i was like its 4 pm and youre declining service with 1 hour still to go. The guy was like no we are not declining service but we have things to get done im like so you dont want to provide the service just because you close in 1 hour. This is were it turn sideways the guy was like its Christmas eve and youre being an asshole. Im like excuse me you have hours of operations and just because you want to leave early you want to decline my service with 1 hour to go. Take 5 this is not professional in any shape or form. Please let your employees now this is unacceptable behavior specially using profane language. Gladly i was able to go to another of your locations nearby and they were happy to provide the service needed and they didnt treat me like this guys did even though i show with only 30 minutes left on the schedule they were happy to go the extra mile and made sure i left satisfy but this location i would not give a 1 star if there was an option
