I use Take 5 at different locations for all of my oil changes, this is BY FAR the worst experience that I have ever had. The representative Eujuan was rude and unprofessional. He was obviously flirting and showing favoritism to female customers. He definitely made me reconsider using Take 5 in the future.

I’ve been to take five oil change on old Spanish Trail in Houston, five times. Every time they did not have the oil I wanted, they never seem to have the least expensive oil. They also never seem to have the filter for my car, which is a Ford… A very common type of car Somebody from corporate should really sit down with the young men at the shop and talk to them about ordering. They always seem to say they are waiting for an order of pretty much everything I need, but they definitely have the more expensive options available. I’m just writing this to tell you that I’m no dummy, and I know what they’re doing. Other than Not being able to get the product needed, the service is wonderful.

They don’t know what they are doing…Car is leaking all oil after the service and cant fix what they messed up.

Great location. I was addressed seconds upon arrival despite being extra busy. I was giving water while waiting. He went above and beyond! Hispanic guy, name started with R or H… can’t remember 🫤

They don’t do inspection 🧐 only Oil Change

They left it with an oil leak, because they didn’t make sure to tighten the screw properly.

It was very cold outside. The young men were very nice when giving instructions. They patiently explained a couple of things to me when I asked them questions. They got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

Best experience yet. I went for an oil change and ended up getting my differential oil changed as well. It was much needed. I’m glad that it was recommended because I highly doubt that it’s been ever done.

They were fast and efficient. Was disappointed there was no state inspection tech onsite anymore...was trying to kill 2 birds with one stone, but had to make another stop.😞
