First visit since it's been "Take 5", today's visit had to be the worst. This location seems to be short staffed. For being a Thursday, which is commonly the busiest day for people trying to get their car serviced, there were only two guy's working. The gentleman that appeared to be the manager gave me the estimated wait time of an hour, but I figured that was the worst-case scenario. My total time in/out was just over an hour and a half. They managed to get three vehicles out in 57 minutes but no telling how long they had been there prior to me arriving. Pretty shameful, especially when they claim "ten minute" oil changes. Several cars got turned away after hearing of hour plus wait times. My hope is that this feedback doesn't fall on deaf ears, and changes are made for this location. I had to ask for my tire PSI to be checked, yet my receipt mentioned they had "checked" them. Seems more like a pencil whip just to hurry you out the door. The staff was using profanity!

The oil change did not take 5 mins, they said they changed my filter but I just saw him out the old one back in because he did not find exact one I needed for my car. And when I asked him did he change it he said yes. I didn’t say anything because I was ready to go and had something to do that I was already late for. When the oil change was done I look like they were confused about something because he asked the other guy to come take a look at something under my hood. And when it was done they didn’t even know how to reset my car after getting the oil changed. I got the service done 01/18/2025, and today is 01/23/2025 and the engine light still says the same thing. I have a BMW . I should’ve just went to a BMW shop. I give it a 2 star because they were polite and gave me a complimentary water.

The young man there was so nice and helpful with my radiator and my oil change I will be coming back to this location because I think they did a excellent job I was so impressed keep up the good work guys

Staff was very polite and knowledgeable in their recommendations. I have never had a bad experience with Take 5. The price for an oil change and coolant flush was also pretty reasonable. Thank you Take 5 and keep up the good work.

Horrible I was there almost 1 hour only for them to tell me that the cap that holds the oil filter is broken. They said it was stripped when they started to take it off. After they was down there pushing and pulling and 1 guy was even kicking the tool to get it off they told me they couldn't get it off. They said it was already broken but how and if that was the case why not let me know first before you continue. I was not satisfied at all. They did give me a refund but I don't recommend this location at all.

This was my second visit to this location, and after my first experience, I swore I’d never return due to the awful service. The worker during my first visit was extremely rude. Unfortunately, this visit wasn’t any better, though at least the worker wasn’t rude this time. The experience was so unpleasant that I felt completely overstimulated. The worker was asking me to do multiple things at once, which left me feeling confused. Additionally, the price was higher than usual. I’m determined to never return to this location again.
