Waited over an hour just to get into the bay because they had three bays open and only two techs. Would not speak to you even in the bay until they worked on your car. When I finally pulled in and I was up next, one of the techs left. So there were three bays open with only one tech. Way over-priced (better quality oil change for half the price at a dealership), and though they charge you over $125 for an oil change, they don’t include the oil filter in that. None of which is on the “menu.” With a coupon, the price of my oil change was still higher than the price quoted me at the start. Scammy. The tech, Lorence (?), was nice and clearly trying his best to do a job in a poorly run facility. Don’t want to throw him under the bus with my review. But this place really should be avoided. Listen to the reviews.

The first thing they did was offer me some, they was some really polite guys all of em. The guy that I talked to the most dark hair beard 20’s 30’s Was really awesome!!!!! Didn’t take long , no pressure at all

Basic oil change with full synthetic with $20 coupon came to $167.00 8.5 quarts of oil. This price is insane. I will never use take 5 again.

SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! This is my 2nd visit. They failed to notify me they were NOT going to add Windshield Washer Fluid for lack of having any fluid with ethanol to keep it from freezing!! First of all… WHY would an Oil Change Company that provides fluids, Not have the correct product during winter months?? Second of all… The Least you could do is INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS!! Nope, had to find out the hard way when I ran out the next day while traveling out of town! Returned to the store this morning and was treated Very Rudely!! The night of my oil change, the manager was too busy discussing that his wife had pot roast cooking in the crockpot at home! The woman tech was underneath my car and yelled… “Where’s the Filter???”. REALLY?? Guess they were in a hurry to get home instead of focusing on customers! First Visit I went and the tech busted my reservoir cap and refused to replace it! I should have listened to my gut & Not Returned!! I spent Over $100.00 each visit!! I attempted to call “Customer Service” and was on the phone 38 minutes - Transferred Twice and then was told they were going to transfer me to the local store manager!!! Ya mean the one who treated me Like Dirt 5 seconds ago… and the one who Failed to do his job the First time…??? NO THANKS!! I Won’t make the same mistake a 3rd Time!! I would give “No-Stars” but it won’t allow that! SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Had 3 different appointments here, 3 different days. Twice no one was there. The 3rd they did not honor my appointment time. Why offer the appointments if you won't honor them? Tried calling, have yet to get a response from anyone. Won't use this company again.

Haggled me about every filter, and additional charge possible. Spent nearly $250 and was charged $50 for an air filter. Never topped off my windshield wiper fluid, either. So expensive, go support a small business instead.

Just want to inform you how I get to this location, I made an appointment with Hibdon Tire plus had an appointment scheduled with once I arrived they informed me that they couldn’t do it!! So when I happen to pass by & realize they were open I stopped by & it was a Blessing! Devontez G was very professional and knowledgeable To the point that I might have found me a new place to get my IS-350 oil changed! Thanks

I got an oil change here a little while ago. I waiting just to pull into the bay for over a hour then when I got into the bay I waited another hour. They showed me my CLEAN air filters and went on to change my oil. When it came to ring me up the guy said it was going to be 168 dollars even though he told me it was going to be 109!! I told him there’s absolutely NO WAY it’s that much!! Turns out the guy whose name I can’t remember was trying to charge me for an air filter!! Be careful coming here as a female!!

I have had the worst experience with this place. I have a Ford so I have to have blended or synthetic oil. They never told me that they put regular oil in my car a week later my oil light came on the second time I went for an oil change. They broke my hood popper. I had to literally break under my dash to get the wire to pop my trunk. They are terrible. They have a bunch of teenagers working there.

Horrible when you get your oil changed and you’re suppose to top off your fluids. Then when you go back to get them fixed you’re not suppose to make them wait. Manager was great but his worker “Sparks” horrible. Also very rude.

Set a 2pm appointment and they didn’t have my car inside until 2:30. Then sat in my car for another 10 minutes until someone finally greeted me. I brought my own oil and filter and they still charged me $54. The coupon they sent me in my appointment email had been expired for 2 months. Should’ve changed it myself. Never going back

They were fast and convenient! I’m new to owning a car I didn’t feel like they up charged me or anything they told me everything they were about to do and showed me my parts before they did anything. I will definitely be going back thanks take 5!
