Came here for an oil change yesterday. A gentleman named Nathaniel (I think that’s what his name tag said) led me into the bay to start. He explained the various types of oil they had, which would be best for my type of car. Sometimes, it has felt like other oil change places just tell me to buy the most expensive oil. Nathaniel did not have this sleezy salesman’s demeanor and gave me the best deal for my car. The oil change took about 5 minutes (hence the name Take 5, absolutely no false advertising here!) Then he offered to change my wipers. That checked another box off my list, which was very convenient and at a good price. Overall, I would go back to this location because the gentlemen here are very genuine and don’t try to upsell me on every tiny thing. It was quick, convenient, and not overly expensive. Nathaniel is a very amiable young man and is a valuable asset to this location.

Don't buy the cabin filter here. They wanted to charge me $50 for a $10 filter. What a scam!

Overpriced. It was cool and convenient to be able to sit in the car while getting the oil change but that doesn't justify paying $100+. I'll stick to going to Jons EZ lube

Polite, professional, and most importantly, quick as hell. Came in for an oil change, they pointed out the air filters needed replacing. They showed me and they did look disgusting. But they understood that’s not why I came in, so the knocked the price down heftily. Good atmosphere in there, employees seemed like nice people. Would recommend to anyone anywhere. Unless you happen to have a trusted go-to mechanic, you should come here every time. These folks have got the oil change business on lock. 10/10.

Very fair and fast.I liked that the technician showed me the part needing replacement and it was the Best oil change I ever had. I will be a regular customer. The Military discount was great!

There was a long line and people not knowing how to drive so it took a bit of time but over all it was good. Only thing is I wish they didn’t try so hard to up sell. I only had money for the oil change nothing else in my account and even after saying that they kept trying to give me deals to get more done. Can’t make money appear if I don’t have it. But I’m still giving five stars because the guy was really nice and it was fast once I got in there.

This location has great customer service and wasn’t pushy with any extra services. They let me know what I need to get taken care of soon but didn’t pressure me to do it then. They did the work fast and were professional.

Went to get my fluids checked cuz i was abt to go on a road trip. I told them to please check my coolant and before even looking at it they immediately insisted that i needed a coolant exchange. The stud insisted that get the service or my car would stop working soon after. She had no idea what she was talking about and said that my coolant was dirty, broken down, and has turned red... I drive a Volkswagen it's supposed be red also the level was fine... after i kindly declined she kept insisting that i get it exchanged. Dont go here they dont know what they are doing.

Great, fast service. (Economy oil change not available at the time. Could not check my tires because their air hoses had been frozen and not replaced) (That was 5 months ago.) Told me the same thing this time but also charged full price for more expensive oil. So they didn't have the oil I wanted AGAIN. And they couldn't give me complete service AGAIN. But charged FULL price. It makes me think that it's become a BAIT AND SWITCH" tactic that they plan to continue using on customers. Employees were very friendly though. I'll still probably go somewhere else next time... 4 automobiles and I don't plan to do them myself anymore.

He started out kind of rude but redeemed himself later on turning it into a positive experience. People need to pay attention to how they say something. Because it could be taken the wrong way.

Highly recommend this location LJ was transparent and honest with what my car needed. Initially, I refused most services but after talking with him further I went ahead and took advantage of the services he recommended.

It was a bit of bad experience. After waiting for 25 minutes in line, they told me that they were out of conventional oil .. Didn’t not expect that, but had to leave. Never again.

They were out of synthetic blend so I had to get the next oil , they put someone else email for my receipt, they said the air filter and tires were good but the tire machine was broken and he showed me a dirty air filter. The only reason I went up them was a great coupon 25.00 off and they would not let me use it
