Went in for my annual emissions testing. Jesse was very personable, fast and efficient. He was great at offering general maintenance advice in addition to the service I was there for!

I’ve been here multiple times and every time everyone has been friendly and helpful. Not to mention, they get you in and out pretty quick! Even on a busy day. I’ll continue to come here for my state inspections and oil changes no doubt.

Literally took over an hour for a simple oil change. I was next in line and they put an orange cone in front of me and let 4 other people go ahead of me. I asked them to not touch the air filter because they can never get it back in and they did it anyway. Tried to pressure me into a coolant change even though I told them I still had 10.000 miles to go. Just an awful place and I won’t be returning.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE at the INWOOD/CEDAR SPRINGS LOCATION in Dallas, TX. The boys were very professional and got me in & out for a synthetic oil change in a very timely manner. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I've had really good luck at the Take 5 on Cedar Springs and Lemon in the past, but I've been sitting in line for an hour now, and I only ever had two vehicles in front of me. I was here for over 20 minutes before they came over to tell me their inspection guy doesn't arrive until noon. They used to be great!

Was there over an hour before I was seen. Took forever.the take five doesn’t account for the hours of wait time. It was awful even after I feel I was gas lit into getting more things and it was just too long
