DO NOT take your car here. We had to wait 20 minutes on the oil change pit for someone to show up and start service. After changing the oil, they did not fasten the screws around the skid plate properly. Within a few days of my service, the plate fell loose and was dragging while I was on the highway. Someone else also left a review about this 6 months ago, wish I had seen it before my visit. I typically go to Take 5 for all of my oil change but this location is terrible. Never returning for sure. Be advised.

Service was ok. Crew seemed unmanaged and horsed around a bit too much. Area around the business was very littered. Old gloves and old gaskets to name a couple of things. Watched an employee litter by throwing a metal cap on the ground by the front door. Overall, what was once a prideful well managed business seems more like a dirty backyard side business.

The boys were all respectful and well mannered, despite how young they all were! They were knowledgeable about the kind of oil my car requires and also about the prices… very patient and they spoke with respect. One of them even gave my dog a treat. Easy experience and would definitely go again! Thanks yall!

They changed my radiator fluid and less than an hour later the connector must have not been tightened or something. My engine lost all coolant and overheated to the point it shut down and caused damage to my head gaskets. They never called back and the number they give is NOT to the location but to corporate. I never had ANY issue with my car since I’ve had it. A routine upkeep stop has turned into needing a new engine. Do NOT go to this place

Not sure why, but always get pushed to the back of the line taking my wife’s car in for inspections at the Dallas Mockingbird take 5. Last time to ever take a vehicle here, service is awful. Zero stars, adios.

One of my windshield wipers was broken and they took care of me so quickly. Didn’t try to upsell and get me to replace both of them, just the broken one. Pedro was extremely polite and communicative with me and the guys. In and out in 10 min.

I probably would've stayed for my service had y'all not started a car without oil right next to me, and then not told the customer. Every time I come here there's an entirely new crew of people and new managers. Can never keep the same people, and they never seem to know what they're doing. You're better off driving 5mins down the road to the Greenville location.

I have gone to this location a few times and have always had great service. It was quick but thorough. They offered different services and were not pushy when I declined some of them. They were also great at giving discounts. Will be going back to them.
