Yes there is an inspection placard on the building, but there is NO INSPECTION PROFESSIONAL to do state inspections. False information!! Do better!!

This company is awful. A simple oil change caused $2500 worth of damage to my 2016 jeep wrangler. This location damaged the oil filter housing where I would have to break it now to get it off. Per a mechanic this is expensive because there are sensors within the housing and labor to get into manifold. My claim was denied. This location does not have proper equipment! I wanted to share my story and hopefully save someone else from using take five.

I came in towards the end of the day. I received great service from Kron. He was very knowledgeable, perfessional, and timely. I was very pleased with the inclusion of what was being done to my vehicle. I was a happy customer. Service like that keeps people coming back. I may have came towards the end of the day, but it very much seemed like the right time and right place to me.

First time trying the service at Take 5 and I was thoroughly impressed! K Ron and Donald walked me through each step and I left with a better understanding of car maintenance than when I got there. Highly recommend the skilled gentleman at the Forest Ln location!

Anytime I going to take5 with coupons or without it, it's same price, around $85, last time I was there with %25 coupon, I paid ~85 dollars before that, same services with $7 discounts again same price, I sent my friend there, he didn't use coupon, but he paid same for same services. I mean people need to change oil, we have to go to take 5 or any another place, it's not necessary to send coupons to emails when it's not ant effects 😒 They did good, but you take5 make customers unhappy because of these coupons things

I was disappointed with my recent visit. Tariq informed me that they couldn’t complete an oil change for my car because they didn’t have my air filter in stock, stating that the air filter must be replaced with every oil change. While I may have been due for a new air filter, it felt misleading to be told this was a requirement for every oil change. I can no longer trust this location.
