Great service, friendly staff and they get you in and out quickly. They even helped me download my coupon to save a few dollars. The technician took initiative to help me and I appreciated it. Think is the only place I use for oil changes now. Great job!

These guys suck. All the excuses in the book why they can’t change your oil or do a state inspection. I swear they get paid to just stand up. First time I came they couldn’t take the bolts off my suv to get the oil changed. Today their state inspector doesn’t work on Wednesday. I’m done coming here, I wish the owner luck with their current staff.

I called to ask about oil change price and they texted me a discount coupon, which I appreciated! The process was quick and easy, and Ben even showed me how clean the oil was using the dipstick he checked in my car.

Thought I needed an oil change because of the sticker, but the sticker was just for an oil top off check. They could’ve easily got me for another oil change, and they didn’t, and I appreciate the honesty. In addition, I always appreciate the kindness, courtesy, and professionalism of everyone working at this particular location. I drive 10 miles out of my way to keep coming here, that’s how much I love this place. See you guys in a couple thousand miles to get the actual oil changed again. By the way, if you happen to be reading this, pay the extra money, and get the hi-end synthetic oil, it is definitely worth the extra money for the longevity it gives to an engine. Do your own research. On a sidenote, I’ve come to this place, probably 10 times, and sent so many friends, and what I liked about it, is that they’ve never tried to upsell me or them on something that they absolutely didn’t need, such as a cabinet, air filter, which both times were dirty as all get out and they needed to be done. Again, two thumbs up, I appreciate these guys. I hope you get the same service that I get.

I went to the Take 5 on Preston road in Dallas on Monday, December 23. I was greeted by Jose, and he did my oil change. Another guy named Booker came up to my car and asked me how long it has been since I got my coolant flushed. I said about 10k miles ago. I showed him my receipt from the other place I got that done. He said "well it is black. Look!" And showed me the coolant holder was black. He then showed me a device that supposedly was testing my coolant in it, and said yes your coolant is very bad. And I asked him, "so the other place lied and didn't do my coolant?" And he said yes, so i told Booker i would go drive to talk to the other location to see if they could fix it and explain why. So instead of paying $140 extra for that, i took my car back to the original location that did my coolant. The guys at the integrity automotive tested my coolant right in front of me with a pipet, and it was perfectly light orange. They said that the blackness was the dirt on the outside of the coolant container. So Booker lied to me, and tried to get me to pay $140 to "fix" my coolant. I am very upset and will NEVER return to a take 5 location. I used to go every time I got an oil change but not now. Extremely horrible dishonest people you have there!!!!!

If I could give 10 stars today I would. I went for an oil change and safety inspection. What I got was an employee named Booker who helped me ensure my car had the maintenance it needed to keep it running well. I didn't intentionally neglect the maintenance items - I just don't alway know what needs to be done. He took the time to explain everything and even helped me make a list of what milage to perform each of maintenance items next. Booker isn't just going through the motions of doing his job. He clearly has a passion for his work and has outstanding people skills that made me feel like he truly cared about the services he was providing. I would also like to thank Jose, who did my safety inspection. He found one issue that had to be resolved for my car to pass. He advised me where I could get it done quickly so I could come right back and pass the inspection. It worked out great.

Worst service ever waited 30 minutes in line then another 10 in the bay and ending not getting oil change as the guys working onsite just kept acting like they were lost decided to drive down the road to Valvoline.
