I had a wonderful experience yesturday. I had the pleasure of meeting Pat who helped me so much with my car and educated me also there was another young gentleman both were so professional. And schooled me on what oil to get what wind shield wipers to get why I should change my coolant and how they do it. They even put air in my tires and looked up a discount on their phone for me. Most important I was able to trust them both spoke to me and explained why I should have this procedure done to my car. I trust them their professional and knew what they were doing and I'm greatful. I thought I was only going for an oil change. Any way I just want them to know how much I appreciate their service. Thanks guys😊❤ You rock!!

Turk was phenomenal. There were 3 cars in front of me when I got there. He came to my car and explained that he was the only one that was working that day. He said give me about 20 minutes and I'll take care of you. He did exactly what he said and I was outta there around 40 minutes total.

Tech did a good job but took about 20 + minutes. There is no such thing as a 5 minute oil change. I will probably go back again based on the job done.

I asked what the oil change would cost me cause I wasn't sure, and they unintentionally gave me a $20 discount which they realized later but still honored for the sale. Also, been a patron for about 3 years now, decent prices overall even without a discount

I had my oil changed here, a few days later I noticed my car was leaking oil. Not a little bit of oil either, PUDDLES under my car. It previously had never done this. So I take it in to a repair shop. The oil filter housing unit was crushed. Therefore oil leaked all over my engine and the bottom half of my car from engine to muffler. $1300 later for repairs and a new housing unit. A cheap oil change and technician not paying attention was not worth the repair ticket. I would avoid this place at all cost!

They changed my oil on jan.13 and left oil on my car. There was no office number. They shouldve done a better job. I would not take ur vehicle there.

It was awesome. I needed my tires check due to cold weather and anti freeze. Patrick checked everything to make sure I felt safe. The anti freeze had to be replaced it has never been done. He even gave me a discount He did a great job.

I want on a Saturday around 8am and was seen right away. Q was very knowledgeable and friendly along with his colleague from Tampa (can’t recall his name). I was in and out between 15-20mins. So much better than waiting 3hrs at a dealership. Thanks guys.

Take 5 is being run by a horde of incompetents. Yesterday I made an appointment online for this location for a state inspection for Saturday at 11am. I get there 5 minutes early, and when I pull up, the employee says that they don't have a state inspector scheduled to come in until Sunday (tomorrow). I ask him why it allowed me to make an appointment and he said "I don't know" and recommended that I go to another Take 5 which was 7 miles away. No thanks - I went to their competitor Quix instead as a walk-in and they took care of me within 20 minutes. Also, when I got my appointment reminder email, it had a $20 off oil change coupon that expires on 11/15/2024 (more than a month ago - see attached image). Seriously this company is a joke - don't waste your time and money on them - they don't deserve your business.
