I got my oil changed on Saturday after work. The team was very professional and all the work I had done was fast. I strongly recommend the morse road location for your oil change needs. The team entire team was amazing !!!

Pretty terrible had to wait 30 minutes just to get into the Bay. Then they went and did another car. They didn't have enough people working. Then they did a bait and switch. We recorded 515199 on the phone and then he tried to tell us it was over a $100. The guy had a really bad attitude too. I've never had a show ID to get an oil change when I asked he got mouthy with me and said well, we can do this the easy way of the hard way. So I didn't appreciate the attitude.

Had my air filter changed and drove for an hour and my light came on... took it back today and they want to say an accident I was n over 2 yrs ago caused a crack n my air filter box... yeah ok car been driving fine until they touched my box so I say they broke it during the Change... not a happy customer and I'll never support this business again...

I had the engine coolant changed on 2 vehicles Saturday 01/18/2025. The first vehicle I had done in the morning was a 2005 Dodge Dakota, and that went flawlessly. I got right in after a short wait for One vehicle to clear the pit, the coolant was changed and I got right out.The second vehicle which I had done in the afternoon, a 2011 Ford Escape was a different story. I had to wait for One Vehicle inside as well as Two vehicles outside in front of mine to clear the pit. When it was my vehicle’s turn to be serviced things took a turn for the worse. The technician seemed have a difficult time setting up the machine, then the old coolant was removed and the new coolant was installed, but the vehicle’s heater was not putting out any heat. The first technician along with another technician took the top radiator hose off at the radiator because technician number one said something was blocking it. The technicians worked a little while with the hose off the radiator. They finally said the pressure from the coolant removal system had caused the thermostat to come apart, and that is why the heater wasn’t putting out heat. He said he would put a note on the computer and the fleet service team would contact me about fixing the thermostat. I paid for my bill, and after a few minutes the technicians had the top radiator hose put back on the radiator. I pulled the Escape out of the service bay, took a little while to look for something that I had lost inside the vehicle and drove West on Morse Road. The heater worked fine, and worked fine today. I don’t know what happened. I certainly wouldn’t have wanted to be the people who were in the vehicles that were waiting in the line behind the service bay my vehicle was in.

It took al ong time usually I can have it done on my lunch break which is only for an hour it ran over time for me to be back at work it was only five cars a head of me

Mr. Cash he was good I give him 1000000% this young man was awesome he came in my car. He put mine put everything back together. It was awesome good Customer service actually is anything wrong that I have any concerns about anything he said my mileage back inside my car so , when I need another oil change, the light maintenance. This man is also excellent hand down. They will help you try and see

Definitely will be back, 1st time being at Take 5. Didn't get the name but young man, his first day, very mannerible and nice. Jonathan and Taylor went above and beyond. Five stars and monitory praise should be awarded to these 3 young men. There was also a young lady that was helpful. These are the type of people we need to have working. Customer experience was like no other.

Have you ever waited over 60 minutes while being the first in line? Have you also then waited an additional 10 minutes inside the bay before starting the oil change? I really didn’t think that was possible, but here it’s possible
